    Abstract: A method and a device are provided. The method includes: selecting, by user equipment, a random access preamble from a random access preamble set, and selecting a random access channel resource from a random access channel resource set; sending, by the user equipment, the random access preamble by using the random access channel resource; and receiving, by the user equipment, a random access response message on a first downlink bandwidth part; wherein at least one of the random access preamble set or the random access channel resource set corresponds to the first downlink bandwidth part, and the random access channel resource includes at least one of a random access channel time domain resource or a random access channel frequency domain resource.

    Abstract: A method for determining a feedback resource in a sidelink includes a first terminal sending SCI to a second terminal, where the SCI includes indication information. The indication information is used to indicate a first resource or a first resource window to be occupied for sending hybrid automatic repeat request HARQ feedback information by the second terminal, and the first resource window includes a plurality of candidate first resources. The method further includes the first terminal receiving, on the first resource, the HARQ feedback information sent by the second terminal, or monitors, in the first resource window, the HARQ feedback information sent by the second terminal.

    Abstract: A data processing method and a terminal device and a base station. The method includes: the terminal device determines to change the type of at least one wireless carrier of the terminal device from a first type to a second type and discards a radio link control protocol RLC and/or an RLC service data unit buffered by a transmit side of an RLC entity of at least one radio bearer. The terminal device assembles an RLC protocol data unit received by a receive side of the RLC layer entity of at least one radio bearer into an RLC service data unit, and delivers the RLC service data unit to an upper layer entity of the RLC layer entity, where the upper layer entity is an upper layer entity of the RLC layer entity before the type of the at least on radio bearer is changed.
