Abstract: This application provides an information transmission method and apparatus. A terminal receives downlink control information (DCI), wherein a format of the DCI corresponds to a time domain resource set, the time domain resource set comprises first time domain resource. The terminal determines the first time domain resource from the time domain resource set based on the format of the DCI and second information, wherein the second information is carried in the DCI, and the second information indicates the index of the first time domain resource in the time domain resource set. And the terminal performs information transmission on the first time domain resource and through a physical channel.

Abstract: This application discloses a signal transmission method. The method may include: generating, by a terminal, a first bit(s), where the first bit(s) is used to indicate scheduling requests associated with a first scheduling request configuration, and the first scheduling request configuration is at least one of a plurality of scheduling request configurations; generating, by the terminal, a hybrid automatic repeat request bit(s); and sending, by the terminal, the hybrid automatic repeat request bit(s) and the first bit(s) in one time unit. In the foregoing solution, a plurality of scheduling request configurations can be supported, so as to adapt to a multi-service scenario in a future communications system.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an information processing method and apparatus. A terminal device encodes uplink control information (UCI) to obtain coded bits of the UCI, and encodes data to obtain coded bits of the data. The terminal device multiplexes the coded bits of the UCI and the coded bits of the data to obtain a multiplexed bit sequence. The terminal device then transmits the multiplexed bit sequence to a network device via a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH). A length of a transmission time interval of the UCI is less than or equal to 0.5 millisecond. In this way, data transmission latency can be reduced.

Abstract: Embodiments disclose a data transmission method and a related apparatus, to enable a network device to schedule uplink transmission and a time resource on which the uplink transmission is located. The method also includes receiving, by the terminal device, scheduling information on a first time resource, and determining, by the terminal device, a target time resource, where the target time resource includes a second time resource or a third time resource, and a time interval between the second time resource and the first time resource is greater than a time interval between the third time resource and the first time resource. The method further includes transmitting, by the terminal device, a second transport block on the target time resource based on the scheduling information.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of wireless communications technologies, and discloses a random access method and apparatus, a base station, and UE, to resolve a problem of long time required by random access. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, a base station receives a random access preamble sent by user equipment UE, where the random access preamble is used to indicate that the UE has a first transmission capability; the base station sends DCI to the UE by using a PDCCH; the base station sends an RAR for the random access preamble to the UE by using a DL-SCH transport block indicated by the DCI; and the base station receives a UL-SCH transport block sent by the UE according to uplink scheduling information carried by the RAR. Solutions provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure are applicable to a process in which UE accesses a network.
