Abstract: According to a radio resource sharing method and a device that are provided in embodiments of the present disclosure, first, a network control device obtains a network parameter of a first communications system, and configures a spectrum sharing manner between the first communications system and a second communications system according to the network parameter; and next, sends a spectrum resource allocation message to a base station in the second communications system. The spectrum resource allocation message includes the determined spectrum sharing manner and information about a spectrum resource allocated to the second communications system. In this way, inter-system spectrum sharing can be implemented in different network statuses.

Abstract: This application discloses a carrier switching solution for multi-carrier communication. A network device sends configuration information to a terminal. The configuration information includes first uplink carrier information and second uplink carrier information. The first uplink carrier information indicates that a first uplink carrier is an SRS switching-from uplink carrier. The second uplink carrier information indicates that a second uplink carrier is an SRS switching-to uplink carrier. At least one of the first uplink carrier and the second uplink carrier belongs to a cell including a supplementary uplink (SUL) carrier. The terminal may determine the SRS switching-from uplink carrier and the SRS switching-to uplink carrier in a plurality of configured uplink carriers based on the configuration information.

Abstract: A video service transmission method and apparatus in the field of communications technologies are provided, where data in a video data frame can be split into at least two substreams based on a mapping relationship between data importance and a substream. The data of the at least two substreams may then be mapped, based on port numbers corresponding to the at least two substreams, to bearers corresponding to the at least two substreams, for transmission. Because a network can use different processing methods for data on different bearers, reliable transmission of video data frames of high importance can be ensured with priority by using the video service transmission method and apparatus, so as to improve service experience of video users in a scenario of constrained transmission resources.
