Abstract: This application discloses a directional measurement method and a device. In this one example solution, a terminal device may determine a to-be-measured receive beam, and perform received signal strength indication (RSSI) measurement on the to-be-measured receive beam. The terminal device may perform RSSI measurement on the to-be-measured receive beam in a targeted manner, and does not need to perform RSSI measurement in all directions. Therefore, directional RSSI measurement of the terminal device can be implemented.

Abstract: A WLAN system resource indication method and apparatus are provided. The method includes: generating, by an access point, a frame that carries resource indication information; and sending, to multiple stations, the frame that carries the resource indication information. The resource indication information includes multiple pieces of sub resource indication information. Correspondingly, each piece of the sub resource indication information uniquely corresponds to one of the multiple stations. Therefore, a station side does not need read the entire resource indication information, so as to reduce resource overheads and improve efficiency.

Abstract: A guard band indication method on an unlicensed spectrum is described that includes: a network device generating one or any combination of the following four types of information on the unlicensed spectrum: an indication of bandwidth configuration information, an indication of available bandwidth information, an indication of unavailable bandwidth information, or an indication of guard band information; and the network device sends the one or any combination of the foregoing four types of generated information. Abstract: This application discloses an uplink control information sending method and receiving method, and a communication apparatus. The method includes: a terminal receives first indication information from a network device; and sends at least one type of uplink control information to the network device on an allocated resource, where the first indication information is used to indicate the resource allocated by the network device to the terminal, the allocated resource belongs to at least two basic frequency domain units and is used by the terminal to perform uplink transmission, and the at least one type of uplink control information is mapped to the allocated resource based on the basic frequency domain unit. In this way, even if the terminal can send the uplink control information on only a part of the allocated resource, it can be ensured that the uplink control information is not damaged.
