    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to polar code encoding methods and apparatus. One example method includes obtaining a first sequence used to encode K to-be-encoded bits, where the first sequence includes sequence numbers of N polarized channels, the sequence numbers of the N polarized channels are arranged in the first sequence based on reliability of the N polarized channels, K is a positive integer, N is a mother code length of a polar code, N is a positive integer power of 2, and K≤N, selecting sequence numbers of K polarized channels from the first sequence in descending order of reliability, placing the K to-be-encoded bits based on the selected sequence numbers of the K polarized channels, and performing polar code encoding on the K to-be-encoded bits.

    Abstract: A data processing method for a data processing system having a first communications node and a second communications node where the first communications node corresponds to a first blockchain node and the second communications node corresponds to a second blockchain node that maintains a same block chain as the first blockchain node, the method including obtaining, by the first communications node, to-be-verified data when a terminal camps on a target cell, where the to-be-verified data is obtained based on camping information of the terminal, and the target cell is a cell within signal coverage of the first communications node sending, by the first communications node, the to-be-verified data to the second communications node, so that the second communications node verifies the to-be-verified data based on the second blockchain node, and obtaining, by the first communications node, a target block if the verification succeeds.

    Abstract: This application relates to the field of communications technologies, and discloses an interleaving method, a deinterleaving method, and an apparatus, to improve randomicity of polar code interleaving. The method is: obtaining a to-be-interleaved bit sequence, where the to-be-interleaved bit sequence includes L, subsequences, the L subsequences include S subsequence groups, the S subsequence groups include at least a first subsequence group and a second subsequence group, the first subsequence group includes at least two subsequences, the second subsequence group includes at least one subsequence, and L is a positive integer greater than 1; and interleaving the subsequences in the first subsequence group in a first interleaving manner, and skipping interleaving the subsequence in the second subsequence group or interleaving the subsequence in the second subsequence group in a second interleaving manner.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide an encoding and decoding method and device in wireless communications between network devices and user equipment. The encoding method includes: obtaining, by a transmit end, a post-polar-encoding data length corresponding to to-be-encoded data; segmenting, by the transmit end, the to-be-encoded data into at least one code block based on the post-encoding data length and a preset threshold; and performing, by the transmit end, polar encoding on each code block, and transmitting encoded data to a receive end. The embodiments of this application avoid a data transmission performance loss caused by an excessive quantity of segments.

    Abstract: A coding scheme determining method and apparatus are provided. In various embodiments, a base station device sends, to a terminal device, higher layer control signaling, physical layer control signaling, or a synchronization signal that carries coding scheme indication information. In some embodiments, a terminal device sends, to a base station device, a capability information report message that carries coding scheme indication information, so that the base station device or the terminal device can clearly and flexibly indicate a coding scheme.     Abstract: This application relates to the mobile communications field, and in particular, to a data processing technology in a wireless communications system. A data processing method includes: generating, by a transmitting device based on a stream of bits, one layer of modulation symbol sequence that includes N modulation vectors, any modulation vector Ai includes U modulation symbols, U≥2, N≥i≥1, and N is a positive integer; and processing, by the transmitting device, the modulation vector Ai using a matrix Bi to generate a modulation matrix yi, each modulation matrix includes T elements in a first dimension, T is a quantity of space domain resources, T≥2, and the modulation matrix yi is used to map the stream of bits stream onto the T space domain resources.
