A vertical gas flue is arranged downstream of the combustion chamber on a heating-gas side and connected via a horizontal gas flue. The structure requires especially little outlay in terms of manufacture and installation. The combustion chamber has a number of burners which are disposed at the same level with the horizontal gas flue.

    摘要: A steam generator which is both suitable for a horizontal mode of construction and offers the advantages of a continuous steam generator. According to the invention, a steam generator has at least one continuous heating surface disposed in a duct where hot gas circulates in a substantially horizontal direction. The heating surface consists of a plurality of parallel and almost vertical pipes which are used to circulate a fluid, and is configured in such a way that the fluid circulating in a tube heated to a greater temperature than the following tube of the same continuous heating surface has a higher flow rate than the fluid circulating in the following tube.

    摘要: A continuous-flow steam generator includes a combustion chamber of rectangular cross-section and combustion-chamber walls each having essentially vertically disposed evaporator tubes through which a flow medium can flow from the bottom towards the top. The tubes are connected to one another in a gas-tight manner by tube webs. In order to equalize a differing supply of heat into the evaporator tubes, a heat-absorbing surface formed from an individual evaporator tube and from the tube web assigned to that tube is smaller in the case of evaporator tubes in a middle region of the combustion-chamber wall than at a corner of the combustion chamber.

    摘要: A continuous steam generator is provided. The continuous steam generator includes a number of burners for fossil fuels, the outside wall thereof being fully or partially formed from steam generator tubes welded together in a gas-tight manner. The burners are arranged in a combustion chamber, and a vertical gas duct is mounted downstream of the combustion chamber above a horizontal gas duct on the hot gas side. A first part of the steam generating tubes forms a system of evaporation tubes mounted upstream of a water separator system, on the flow medium side, and a second side, and a second part of the steam generating tubes forms a system of superheater tubes mounted downstream of the water separator system on the flow medium side. Superheater tubes adjacent and parallel to evaporation tubes are mounted directly downstream of the water separator system on the flow medium side.

    摘要: The invention relates to a steam generator whose continuously heating evaporator surface is arranged in a hot gas channel for a hot gas passage in a substantially horizontal direction and which comprises a plurality of steam generating pipes passed through by flowing medium, wherein a plurality of output collectors which are mounted downstream of certain steam generating pipes, on the side of flowing medium, are oriented in the longitudinal direction thereof substantially parallel to the hot gas direction. The invention improves the steam generator such that it is possible to attain a high operational flexibility, a particularly reduced start- and load-alternation time, including starting operation or light load phases and to maintain a low-cost production. Each output collector comprises an integrated water separating element by means of which said collector is connected, on the side of flowing medium, to a plurality of downstream arranged overheating pipes of an overheating surface.

    摘要: The invention relates to a continuous steam generator comprising a surrounding wall which forms a gas draught and whose lower section is configured from gas-tight evaporator tubes that are welded together and whose upper section is configured from gas-tight superheater tubes that are welded together. According to the invention, superheater tubes are connected downstream of the evaporator tubes on the flow medium side by means of a water separator system. The aim of the invention is to provide a system with particularly high degree of operational flexibility even in the start-up and off-peak periods, whilst keeping the production and installation expenditure relatively low. To achieve this, the water separator system comprises a large number of water separator elements, each of which is connected downstream or upstream of less than ten evaporator tubes, preferably one tube and/or less than ten superheater tubes, preferably one tube on the flow medium side.
