摘要： A steam generator (2) is described in which a combustion chamber has at least one combustion chamber wall formed by a plurality of longitudinal furnace tubes (10) for passage of an evaporatable flow medium, connected together in gas-tight manner by tube webs. As will be familiar different tubes are likely to be subjected to a heat input in use that varies when the combustion chamber is fired. The tube bores of the furnace tubes are larger where subject to higher heat input than where subject to lower heat input. In particular the tube bores of the furnace tubes are generally larger in the middle region of the combustion chamber wall than at the transversely peripheral regions of the combustion chamber wall.

According to the present invention, the combustion chamber in a heating apparatus that heats a liquid to be heated is be reduced in size, the flame in the combustion chamber can be stabilized, and energy efficiency can be improved.

摘要： The present invention relates to a boiler having horizontally arranged flat rectangular water tubes comprising: a water chamber; an inner water chamber to be connected with horizontal water tubes, said horizontally arranged water tubes forming multi-step water tube groups; induction plates provided in the inner water chamber blocking the water path of the horizontal water tubes alternatingly in such a manner as to bend the water path in a zigzag manner; an exhaust gas discharge conduit in straight lattice lines formed by narrow gaps between the horizontal water tubes; and an exhaust gas discharge chamber formed in an upper water chamber. The flat horizontally arranged rectangular water tubes are narrow in their width, making it possible to arrange them densely in the limited space of the combustion chamber, and with their increased heat receiving areas, the water tubes can heat the water in the boiler fast.

The flow passages are delimited by inwardly projecting fins formed on the tubing wall and on the partition, the fins extending parallel to each other and having a height less than the anticipated thickness of the velocity boundary layer of heat exchange fluid flowing through the tubing passages. The tubing may be arranged in serpentine or coiled arrangements of the heat exchange apparatus or parallel tubes extending between heat exchanger header tanks. The heat exchange apparatus is particularly adapted for use in HVAC systems.

摘要： In a heat transfer tube for a steam generator, a surface roughness of an inner surface of the tube is measured along a longitudinal direction and an amount of dimensional variation in a length of 50 mm taken from a measured roughness chart is 4 μm or less and an amount of bend crookedness in a portion of a length of 1000 mm from a tube end is 1 mm or less. Hence, when the tube is produced, an inspection of the tube by an eddy current flaw detection can be conducted at a high S/N ratio and hence an inspection efficiency can be improved, and when the tube is assembled into a heat exchanger, the assembling operation can be easily performed.
