    摘要: Described are methods for obtaining seismic signals representative of properties of the earth's interior, including the steps of obtaining near-field acoustic signals recorded in the vicinity of a seismic source (13), muting from the near-field acoustic signals at least partly signals representing direct arrivals from the seismic source (13), and using a remaining part of the obtained signals as estimate of a zero-offset data set. The zero-off set data set can then be used to interpolate data from conventional acquisition location, such as streamers (11), to locations closer to the source (13).

    摘要: A technique includes obtaining first data indicative of seismic measurements acquired by seismic sensors of a first set of towed streamers and obtaining second data indicative of seismic measurements acquired by seismic sensors of a second set of towed streamers. The second set of towed streamers is towed at a deeper depth than the first set of towed streamers. The technique includes interpolating seismic measurements based on the first and second data. The interpolation includes assigning more weight to the second data than to the first data for lower frequencies of the interpolated seismic measurements.

    摘要: A method of matching the impulse response of a hydrophone and the impulse of a geophone accelerometer comprises performing a calculus operation upon the response of one of the hydrophone and the accelerometer. A filter is then derived from the output of the calculus operation and the response of the other of the hydrophone and the accelerometer. The filter may then be used to match seismic data acquired by the one of the hydrophone and the accelerometer to seismic data acquired by the other of the hydrophone and the accelerometer. The calculus operation may comprise differentiating the hydrophone response, or integrating the accelerometer impulse response.

    摘要: A method includes recording a first set of data using a first type of sensor; recording a second set of data using a second type of sensor, the first and second sets of data being contemporaneously acquired by co-located sensors; and removing noise from the first data set using the second data set. An apparatus includes a survey vessel towing an array of towed streamers including a plurality of paired, co-located sensors densely distributed along the streamers. A first one of each sensor pair is of a first type and a second one of each sensor pair is of a second type. A computing apparatus records a first set of data acquire by the first type of sensor and a second data set acquire by the second type of sensor. The computing apparatus then removes noise from the first data set using the second data set.
