    摘要: A dihydric phenolic compound is produced, with a high selectivity thereof, by a plurality of oxidation reactors connected to each other in series, by (1) feeding a monohydric phenolic compound with a temperature of 30 to 100° C., a peroxide compound, a catalyst and optionally a ketone compound into a first reactor to oxidize the monohydric phenolic compound, and delivering a resultant reaction mixture containing the produced dihydric phenolic compound and non-reacted monohydric phenolic compound from the first reactor; (2) passing the reaction mixture through one or more reactors succeeding to the first reactor, to further oxidize the monohydric phenolic compound, while, in the steps (1) and (2), a portion of the peroxide compound is fed into the first reactor and the remaining portion of the peroxide compound is fed into at least one succeeding reactor; and (3) delivering a first reaction mixture produced in a rearend reactor and comprising the produced dihydric phenolic compound, the non-reacted monohydric phenolic compound and peroxide compound and the catalyst from the rearend reactor.

    摘要: A thermal fixing roller for use in a copying machine and a method for manufacturing the thermal fixing roller are disclosed. An insulator layer is formed on an outer surface of a cylindrical metallic pipe, a masking wire material is wound in a spiral manner on the surface of the insulator layer and a heat-generating resistor is formed by spray coating heat-generating resistor material on the insulator and wire surfaces. Thereafter the wire material is removed to leave a groove at its trace, and thereby the above-mentioned heat-generating resistor can be formed in a spiral shape. By choosing pitches at the opposite end portions of this spiral resistor smaller than that at the central portion thereof, uniform temperature is maintained over the entire length of the thermal fixing roller. Also by forming a cross-section configuration of the masking wire material in a rectangular shape, it is allowed to reduce the width of the above-mentioned groove to minimum.

    摘要: The present invention provides a sheet-shaped polymer secondary battery of layer built type which is a laminate of plurality of sheet-shaped unit cells each of which comprising the following elements (a) to (c):(a) a positive electrode made of a film-shaped polymer having conjugated double bonds and provided with a thin metal layer at one side of the surface of the film and capable of reversibly doping and undoping negative ions,(b) a negative electrode made of a film-shaped polymer having conjugated double bonds and provided with a thin metal layer at one side of the surface of the film and capable of reversibly doping and undoping positive ions, and(c) an insulating porous separator supporting a dopant-containing electrolyte and existing between the positive electrode and the negative electrode.By the use of the sheet-shaped polymer secondary battery of layer built type according to the present invention, the current-collecting efficiency can be enhanced and also the charging-discharging efficiency can be increased.
