    摘要: A face panel for a color image display apparatus includes a transparent substrate, a plurality of phosphor layers disposed on the transparent substrate for emitting different color lights, and a plurality of transmittance adjustment layers interposed between the transparent substrate and the plurality of phosphor layers in correspondence to the plurality of phosphor layers, respectively, for adjusting the transmittances of the lights emitted from the plurality of phosphor layers. The transmittance adjustment layer has a filtering function having an approximately constant transmittance in the visible light wavelength region, and the transmittances of the plurality of transmittance adjustment layers are set to different values to the respective colors of the phosphor layers corresponding thereto.

A buffer is used for data exchange operation between the host computer and the controller, and data exchange operation between a flash memory and the controller. A host interface control block as a first control block controls data exchange operation between the buffer and the host computer. A flash sequencer block as a second control block controls data exchange operation between the buffer and the flash memory. The host interface control block controls input and output operation of the buffer, based on a memory control signal and a memory address signal supplied from the host computer. The flash sequencer block controls input and output operation of the buffer at a one-page size of the flash memory.

    摘要: An image display device includes a face plate in which a metal back layer is formed on a phosphor screen and a rear plate having a number of electron emitting elements, and an electrically divided portion is formed at the metal back layer in a predetermined pattern. In this electrically divided portion, a covering layer including a component melting or oxidizing a metal (Al) and heat resistant fine particles such as silica fine particles respectively, and having concaves and convexes resulting from the heat resistant fine particles on a surface thereof is formed. Besides, a getter layer divided by the covering layer is formed on the metal back layer in a film shape. It is desirable that in the light absorption layer, a portion at least positioning at a lower layer of the divided portion of the metal back layer has a surface resistance of 1×105Ω/□ to 1×1012Ω/□.
