    Abstract: A method and apparatus for access control for data transmission in idle mode and/or inactive mode in a wireless communication system is provided. An allowed timer is defined, and the allowed timer is started based on a result of access barring check. While the allowed timer is running, the wireless device can perform an uplink (UL) transmission without further access barring check.

    Abstract: Provided are a method for a user equipment (UE) to perform early data transmission (EDT) in a wireless communication, and an apparatus supporting the same. The method may include: transmitting a first radio resource control (RRC) message for the EDT, to a base station; receiving a second RRC message in response to the first RRC message, from the base station; if the second RRC message indicates that the EDT is successful, considering that the EDT ends successfully; if the second RRC message indicates that the EDT is unsuccessful, considering that the EDT ends unsuccessfully; and entering a RRC_IDLE state.

    Abstract: Provided are a method for transmitting a message by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication, and an apparatus supporting the same.     Abstract: Provided are a method of performing cell reselection and a device supporting the method. According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the method includes: starting data transmission or data reception while the UE is in radio resource control (RRC) idle state or RRC inactive state; applying an offset value to a serving cell for cell reselection; performing cell reselection based on the applied offset value, during the data transmission or data reception; and stopping applying the offset value to the serving cell, when the data transmission or data reception is succeeded.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for managing random access (RA) resource partitions related to multiple features in a wireless communication system. In particular, the method includes the steps of: configuring a first random access (RA) resource associated with a first feature and a second RA resource associated with a second feature; triggering an RA procedure for two or more features including both the first feature and the second feature; selecting a RA resource of the first RA resource or the second RA resource based on priorities of the first RA feature and the second RA feature; and performing the RA procedure based on the selected RA resource, wherein intention information indicating the two or more features for which the RA procedure was triggered is provided to a network.
