Abstract: A method of a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system supporting an unlicensed band, includes performing a channel access procedure (CAP) based on a first channel access priority class parameter; receiving, from a base station (BS) a signal including a second channel access priority class parameter and scheduling information for uplink transmission in a specific time resource; performing the CAP based on the first channel access priority class parameter continuously based on that the first channel access priority class parameter is equal to or greater than the second channel access priority class parameter indicated in the signal; performing the CAP based on the second channel access priority class parameter indicated in the signal based on that the first channel access priority class parameter is less than the second channel access priority class parameter; and performing uplink transmission based on a result of the performed CAP.

Particularly, provided is a cell access method by which a terminal supports standalone machine type communication (sMTC) in a wireless communication system, comprising the steps of: receiving, from a base station, one from among a plurality of system information blocks (SIBs), wherein the one SIB includes first instruction information related to the blocking of cell access of terminals for supporting services other than the sMTC; performing the cell access; and performing, on the basis of the first instruction information. a specific operation related to the sMTC when the cell does not permit the cell access of the terminals for supporting services other than the sMTC.

Abstract: Provided are a method of adjusting uplink timing in a wireless communication system and an apparatus therefor. Specifically, a method for a user equipment to adjust uplink timing in a wireless communication system includes transmitting, to a base station, an uplink signal, receiving, from the base station, a timing advance (TA) command configured based on the uplink signal, and performing uplink transmission to the base station by applying a timing advance (TA) indicated by the TA command. The TA command may be interpreted based on subcarrier spacing of at least one frequency resource region to which the TA is to be applied.
