摘要: A spiral tap is disclosed having a thread portion having an external thread, spiral flutes which is fluted in the same direction as a cutting/rotating direction, as seen in a direction away from a shank side, to divide the external thread, and cutting edges formed along the spiral flutes; the thread portion including a full thread portion having a fixed outer diameter, and a chamfer portion decreasing in outer diameter toward a tap end; the chamfer portion being screwed into a prepared hole to cut an internal thread on an inner circumferential wall of the prepared hole and to discharge chips along the spiral flutes toward the shank; the chamfer portion having an external thread with screw threads which is formed such that outer circumferential portions are removed, at a linear line for cutting as seen from a direction perpendicular to a cross-section involving an axis O, from the screw threads having the same dimension as that of the full thread portion; and the linear line intersecting the axis O at an inclined angle θ falling in a range of −15°≦θ≦30′ with a side decreasing in diameter toward the tap end being defined positive.

摘要: In FIG. 2, a diameter Dd of drilling edges of a drill is selected smaller than a valley diameter d1 of a male thread of a tap portion, and an inner diameter D1 of a female thread is defined by the valley diameter d1 of the male thread. Therefore, a predetermined radial gap is formed between the male thread 30 formed by the tap portion and the drill. When a tap with the drill is reversely rotated to be pulled out from the female thread after cutting the female thread, the tap released from the restriction may defectively displace in the diameter direction upon pulling out the male thread of the tap portion from the female thread. However, the drill hardly contacts with the female thread, so that the occurrence of the defective product due to the contact is suppressed.

摘要: As shown in FIG. 1, a helical flute has a constant lead part and a gradually increased lead part. The constant lead part has an axial length ranging from 0.3xLA to 1.2xLA and includes at least entirety of a leading part, so that the cutting performance of a cutting edge at the leading part and shape of chips (curled shape, etc.) are stable. In the constant lead part, because a lead is the smallest and a helix angle is large, a rake angle of the cutting edge is large, so that an excellent cutting quality is obtained and the chips become curled well. Meanwhile, in the gradually increased lead part, because of the lead gradually increased toward a shank, the chips are rapidly discharged toward the shank. Thus, the excellent cutting performance and the chip discharge performance rendered by the gradually increased lead are highly stabilized by the presence of the constant lead part. In this way, the durability is further improved.

摘要: Eight-bit digital image data of R, G and B output from an image data memory are corrected by conversion controllers to meet characteristics of a liquid crystal panel. The corrected data are input to a liquid crystal drive circuit as digital image data, and an image is displayed on the liquid crystal panel. A LUT stored in a LUT reference processor stores data (addresses) by a number that makes it possible to refer to input image digital data at one to one. A random number generator is for generating random numbers and supplying the random numbers to a round-to-integer processor as threshold value data. The round-to-integer processor compares the data referred to by the LUT reference processor with the threshold data, and carries out a round-to-integer processing.

摘要: A bit error measurement apparatus is capable of easily specifying pattern conditions which cause bit errors in an incoming signal pattern without measuring all of a test pattern by measuring a bit error rate at a selected position or region of a test pattern. The bit error measurement apparatus includes a test pattern generator which generates the test pattern for verifying the incoming signal to be tested, a verifier which receives the incoming signal and the test pattern and generates a bit error detection signal when the incoming signal and the test pattern disagree, a pattern position detector which detects a measurement region of the test pattern when receiving a synchronizing signal from the test pattern generator and generates a count enable signal corresponding to the detected measurement region, and an error counter which counts the bit error detection signal from the verifier based on the count enable signal from the pattern position detector.
