摘要： An adjustable pitch drum consists of a drum shell of any suitable shape having an open end, a drum head pitch changing mechanism, and a supporting structure mounting the pitch changing mechanism to the drum shell. The pitch changing mechanism consists of a threaded rod adjustably threaded to the supporting structure, a drum head clamping hoop mounted coaxially on the rod for rotation thereabout, and a drum head tensioning hoop non-rotatably mounted on the other end of the rod. Rotation of the drum head and its clamping hoop about the rod varies the tension of the drum head on the tensioning hoop, thereby changing the pitch of the drum. Movement of the threaded rod in the supporting structure changes the spacing of the drum head from the drum shell open end, thereby changing the resonance characteristics of the drum assembly.

摘要： A snare drum attachment is disclosed. A mounted body is mounted to the snare drum and houses a first magnet. A moveable body is coupled to the mounted body. The moveable body is configured to retain tensioned snares a set distance from a snare head of the snare drum. The moveable body houses a second magnet magnetically coupled to the first magnet so as to generate a magnetic force. A manual actuator is coupled to the first magnet. Actuation of the manual actuator alters the magnetic force so as to displace the moveable body relative to the mounted body. The displacement changes the set distance of the tensioned snares from the snare head.

The structure also eliminates the necessity of a structurally rigid fixed abdomen plate and allows for use of a flexible and conforming abdomen plate.

The expandable section is ideally used with the center tube with a three or four leg stand where the legs can be collapsible on the center tube or the legs can be constructed with the same or similar construction as the center tube where they can be stacked and clamped with a collar.

The appliance includes a relatively massive metal body forming a heat sink, in which there is formed a passage for flow of the combustible gas from a feed inlet to a discharge outlet. A control member controls the flow rate of the combustible gas. The pressure reducer includes a chamber into which the combustible gas is admitted in a liquid phase at high pressure, and a chamber from which the gas is discharged at low pressure, at least partially in the gaseous phase. The chambers are formed in the metal body. The pressure reducer also includes a valve situated for the most part within the metal body.
