摘要： A keyboard instrument such as an electronic piano comprises a keyboard structure that is basically identical to the keyboard structure of an upright piano except hammer assemblies and a struck portion attached to an action bracket. Each of the hammer assemblies is constituted by a hammer shank and a pseudo hammer, one of which is used to strike the struck portion having a multilayer structure including an elastic member (e.g., a plate spring) sandwiched between buffer materials. The elastic member has a prescribed number of striking areas in correspondence with keys arranged on a keybed, wherein the striking areas are gradually increased in weights and bends (or deflections) in a pitch descending order from higher pitches to lower pitches. Thus, it is possible to simulate weight factors and bends (or deflections) of strings actually struck by hammer felts in an upright piano.

摘要： A stand for supporting musical drums includes a drum holder assembly having at least three spaced radial arms that may be adjusted to accommodate a variety of sizes of the drums. Each of the radial arms of the drum holder of the present invention includes a support member, and an adjustable sleeve member. The adjustable sleeve member is provided at its distal end with a vibration-isolating member formed of an elastomeric material and adapted to engage the drum and effectively isolate vibrations emanating from the drum during performance. The vibration-isolating member has a base portion and a grip portion. The grip portion is provided with a hollow portion formed therethrough that deforms when vibrations or other loads are transmitted to the radial arm through the grip member from the drum, thereby effectively isolating the drum from the radial arms.

The drumstick includes an outer, hollow rigid tube-like body member including a handle portion adapted to be held by the hand of a user. A pliable tube-like membrane structure is positioned within the outer hollow body member, the pliable structure changing its shape during use of the drumstick. A liquid medium is located within the pliable structure, the pliable structure being shaped to restrict the liquid to the handle portion of the drumstick, and as a rotational force/motion is applied by a user to the drumstick, the liquid is forced outwardly toward a striking area of the drumstick thereby resulting in a change of balance of the drumstick.

The portion of the waist section between the two cut lines protrudes outward to form a substantially hollow hoop shape. A locking member is disposed in the lug. A bolt is passed through the locking member to tension the drumhead.
