Abstract: There are provided an apparatus, a method and a system, at a first node, and the apparatus comprises: a transmitter operative to transmit sidelink signals to a second node; and a controller operative to determine whether to use an exceptional resource pool based on at least one of a first condition and a second condition, for the transmitter to transmit sidelink signals, wherein the first condition includes that a first channel busy ratio measured during a first congestion control operation regarding a current resource pool is higher than a first threshold, and the second condition includes that at least one packet is determined to be dropped during the first congestion control operation.

Abstract: There are provided a user equipment and a method that selects at least one resource across a plurality of carries for transmitting at least one packet in sidelink. The user equipment includes: a sensor, operative to sense a plurality of resource pools of the plurality of carriers within a sensing window to obtain a sensing result, wherein the length of the sensing window is configurable or preconfigured; a resource selector, operative to obtain a plurality of available resources of the plurality of carriers within a resource selection window according to the sensing result, wherein the plurality of available resources are included in at least one resource pool of the plurality of carriers within the resource selection window, the resource selector is operative to select at least one resource from the plurality of available resources of the plurality of carriers within the resource selection window in accordance with at least one of a priority of the at least one resource pool and a priority of the at least one packet, and wherein the length of the resource selection window is determined according to a desired latency; and a transmitter, operative to transmit the at least one packet on the at least one resource which is selected by the resource selector.

Abstract: An EVM measurement value is appropriately determined while CPE/ICI correction is taken into account. In a measurement apparatus (300), an EVM measurer (305) measures a modulation quality of a signal transmitted from a transmission apparatus. An EVM determiner (306) determines whether or not the measurement value of the modulation quality is equal to or less than a first requirement value, in a case where correction relating to a phase noise of the transmission apparatus is necessary in a reception apparatus. The first requirement value herein is higher than a second requirement value used in the determination of the measurement value in a case where the correction relating to the phase noise of the transmission apparatus is unnecessary in the reception apparatus.

Furthermore, a configuration method of the at least one of the base units forming the allocation resource is different for each of the plurality of bands.

The vehicular mobile terminal determines whether to determine radio resources based on the location of the vehicular mobile terminal or not, based on information received from an entity of the communication system. In case the radio resources are to be selected based on the location of the vehicular mobile terminal, the vehicular mobile terminal determines the location of the vehicular mobile terminal, and determines radio resources for communication with at least the second mobile terminal, based on the determined location of the vehicular mobile terminal.

Abstract: A communication apparatus includes a receiver and circuitry. In operation, the receiver receives a Demodulation Reference Signal (DMRS) and receives downlink control information indicating a mapping pattern of the DMRS from a plurality of mapping patterns, and the circuitry determines the mapping pattern based on the downlink control information. The plurality of mapping patterns include a first mapping pattern and a second mapping pattern. Resource elements used for the DMRS of the second mapping pattern are same as a part of resource elements used for the DMRS of the first mapping pattern. A number of the resource elements used for the DMRS of the first mapping pattern is larger than a number of the resource elements used for the DMRS of the second mapping pattern.
