    Abstract: Aspects are provided which improve RAR coverage through RAR PDSCH repetition. A UE is configured to transmit, to a BS, a preamble to initiate a RACH procedure. The BS is configured to transmit a first RAR to the UE in response to receiving the preamble during a first portion of a RAR window. The BS is configured to determine that an RRC connection request is not received in response to the transmitted first RAR. The BS is configured to transmit a first plurality of RARs to the UE in a first plurality of slots during a second portion of the RAR window subsequent to the first portion of the RAR window upon determining that an RRC connection request was not received in response to the transmitted first RAR. The UE is configured to receive, from the BS, the plurality of RARs in response to the transmitted preamble.

    Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods are provided relating to a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) repetition adaptation scheme when one or more PUSCH repetitions are discarded due to collisions. Specifically, a user equipment (UE) may obtain data for uplink transmission over a plurality of repeated PUSCH instances. In response to determining that at least one repeated PUSCH instance collides with one or more downlink symbol transmissions, the UE may discard the at least one repeated PUSCH instance. The UE may then retransmit data that was scheduled to be transmitted over the at least one repeated PUSCH instance over configured resource that was configured for uplink transmission with configured grants.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for floating-band channel state information (CSI) reference signals (RS). A method that may be performed by an apparatus includes determining a floating band for transmitting one or more CSI-RSs to a wireless device based on a previously scheduled data transmission by the apparatus. The apparatus transmits the one or more CSI-RSs to the wireless device on the floating band. In some aspects, a wireless device receives, from an apparatus, one or more floating-band CSI-RSs. The wireless device generates one or more CSI reports based on the one or more CSI-RSs and transmits the one or more CSI reports.
