Abstract: Provided are a light emitting diode (LED) module that enables a freedom in structure design thereof using a fan-out interconnection and an insulating layer, and a display device having the same. The LED module having a multi-layer structure includes substrate; a LED located on the substrate and emitting light toward the substrate; a plurality of upper electrodes located on the LED and connected to the LED; an upper insulating layer provided to surround the plurality of upper electrodes; a film on glass (FOG) electrode located on the upper insulating layer; and a fan out interconnection structure configured to connect the plurality of upper electrodes to the FOG electrode through the upper insulating layer.

Abstract: A display panel includes a driving circuit layer disposed on a glass that includes a first driving circuit and a second driving circuit, and an inorganic light emitting device mounted on the driving circuit layer to be electrically connected to the first driving circuit. The inorganic light emitting device includes a sub pixel of the display panel. The first driving circuit is located in an area where the inorganic light emitting device is mounted, while the second driving circuit is arranged in an area excluding an area in which the first driving circuit is arranged in the driving circuit layer. The second driving circuit generates a control signal for driving the first driving circuit and provide the generated control signal to the first driving circuit.

Abstract: A display panel is provided. In the display panel, a plurality of pixels respectively including a plurality of sub pixels are arranged in a matrix form on a glass. Each of the plurality of sub pixels includes a driving circuit disposed on the glass and configured to receive a PAM data voltage and a PWM data voltage, and an inorganic light emitting device configured to emit a light based on a driving current provided from the driving circuit. The PAM data voltage is applied at once to the plurality of pixels included in the display panel. The driving circuit compensates a deviation between driving circuits included in each of the plurality of sub pixels based on a driving voltage of the driving circuit, and controls a pulse width of a driving current having an amplitude corresponding to the applied PAM data voltage based on the applied PWM data voltage.
