摘要: A display module and a display apparatus including the same are provided. The display module includes a module substrate; pixels provided on the module substrate; and a micro-pixel controller configured to supply drive currents to the pixels. The micro-pixel controller includes: a first input pad for receiving a power voltage; a second input pad for receiving a data voltage; pixel circuits configured to output the drive currents to the pixels; a control circuit configured to distribute the power voltage and the data voltage to the pixel circuits; a first ESD protection circuit connected to the first input pad and the control circuit through a first voltage line and configured to transmit the power voltage to the control circuit; and a second ESD protection circuit connected to the second input pad and the control circuit through a second voltage line and configured to transmit the data voltage to the control circuit.

摘要: A display module includes a plurality of pixels; a substrate; a plurality of inorganic LEDs arranged on the substrate, each of the plurality of pixels including two or more inorganic LEDs among the plurality of inorganic LEDs; and a plurality of micro-pixel controllers two-dimensionally arranged in a first direction and a second direction on the substrate, each of the plurality of micro-pixel controllers being configured to control two or more pixels among the plurality of pixels. Each micro-pixel controller of the plurality of micro-pixel controllers is electrically connected to micro-pixel controllers adjacent thereto, and is configured to convert a voltage input from one of the micro-pixel controllers that is electrically connected thereto in a direction opposite to the first direction into a target voltage and supply the target voltage to another micro-pixel controller of the micro-pixel controllers that is electrically connected thereto in the first direction.

摘要: A display panel includes a glass, an inorganic light emitting device included in a sub pixel of the display panel, and a driving circuit disposed between the glass and the inorganic light emitting device such that the inorganic light emitting device is mounted on and electrically connected to the driving circuit. The driving circuit is configured to control an amplitude and a pulse width of a driving current provided to the inorganic light emitting device. The amplitude and pulse width of the driving current may be corrected according to a deviation in the driving circuit.
