The display device includes a data line; a driving transistor connected to the data line through a first node; a pixel electrode connected to the driving transistor; and an initialization transistor connected between the data line and the pixel electrode, wherein one of a source electrode or a drain electrode of the initialization transistor is directly connected to the data line, and an other one of the source electrode or the drain electrode of the initialization transistor is directly connected to the pixel electrode.

The first electrostatic discharge portion may include a bottom metal layer disposed on the substrate and a transistor disposed on and electrically connected to the bottom metal layer.
