    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a communication method and system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-Generation (4G) system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT). The present disclosure may be applied to intelligent services based on the 5G communication technology and the IoT-related technology, such as smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car, connected car, health care, digital education, smart retail, security and safety services. The present disclosure discloses a method and an apparatus for transmitting an uplink signal, and the method comprises: receiving downlink control information; and performing transmitting of the uplink signal according to the downlink control information and/or a time-domain attribute of a physical resource of the uplink signal. With the present disclosure, a flexibility of a system can be improved and a transmission efficiency can be increased.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for transmitting a synchronization signal (SS), the method comprising: performing a listen-before-talk (LBT) operation in a pre-defined window; if the LBT operation succeeds, transmitting an SS block (SSB) in the window, wherein the SSB comprises the SS, or the SSB comprises the SS and a physical broadcast channel (PBCH). Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure may significantly improve the efficiency of data transmission and the access performance for the communication system by relaxing the time when the base station implements the LBT, that is, allowing the base station to implement the LBT in the pre-defined window and transmit the SSB after the LBT succeeds.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for transmitting uplink control information. The method includes: a User Equipment (UE) receives Uplink Control Information UCI configuration information, wherein the UCI configuration information includes information for determining a periodicity, an offset and a Physical Uplink Control Channel PUCCH for Periodic-Channel State Information P-CSI to be report in one subframe and configuration information for transmission of Hybrid Automatic Retransmission reQuest-Acknowledgement HARQ-ACK; processes one or more kinds of UCI in the subframe, and transmits the UCI on resources using a PUCCH format. According to the method of the present disclosure, the transmit power for transmitting the UCI on the channel using the PUCCH format is optimized. During the transmission of the P-CSI, the PUCCH resource most preferable for the transmission of the P-CSI is determined. The uplink resource utilization ratio is increased.

    Abstract: An embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method performed at a UE for data transmission. The method includes: detecting a scheduling assignment(SA) for other UEs within a sensing window which includes a plurality of time units(TUs); selecting, based on the detected SA, a set of resources for data transmission; determining, before transmitting data on a resource in the selected set of resources, whether the resource is occupied; and transmitting the data on the resource in the selected set of resources if it is determined that the resource is not occupied. A proposed method for transmitting a synchronization signal and a PSBCH in V2X communication includes determining, by a VUE, a value of NIDSL according to its reference synchronization source, NIDSL denoting a sidelink synchronization source ID; determining, by the VUE, an SLSS and a DMRS of a PSBCH different from a D2D system according to the value of NIDSL, wherein the SLSS comprises a PSSS and an SSSS, and the DMRS of the PSBCH is determined by a DMRS sequence of the PSBCH and an orthogonal mask of the DMRS of the PSBCH; and, transmitting, by the VUE, the SLSS and the PSBCH.
