    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a communication method and system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-Generation (4G) system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT). The present disclosure may be applied to intelligent services based on the 5G communication technology and the IoT-related technology, such as smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car, connected car, health care, digital education, smart retail, security and safety services. Embodiments of the present application provide a method, a UE, a base station, a device, and a computer-readable storage medium for contention-based uplink data transmission. A method for contention-based uplink data transmission comprises: receiving high layer configuration information for a contention-based physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission; monitoring first downlink control information (DCI) scrambled with a first radio network temporary identity (RNTI) in a first physical downlink control channel search space based on the high layer configuration information, and determining a contention-based PUSCH resource based on the detected first DCI; and transmitting data on the contention-based PUSCH resource. The present application improves the data transmission efficiency and reduces the UE's power consumption.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for transmitting a synchronization signal (SS), the method comprising: performing a listen-before-talk (LBT) operation in a pre-defined window; if the LBT operation succeeds, transmitting an SS block (SSB) in the window, wherein the SSB comprises the SS, or the SSB comprises the SS and a physical broadcast channel (PBCH). Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure may significantly improve the efficiency of data transmission and the access performance for the communication system by relaxing the time when the base station implements the LBT, that is, allowing the base station to implement the LBT in the pre-defined window and transmit the SSB after the LBT succeeds.

    Abstract: In an exemplary embodiment, a method performed by a first User equipment (UE) in a wireless system is provided. The method comprises transmitting, to a second UE, a sidelink data through a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH), identifying whether a hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) information in response to the PSSCH is received through a physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH) from the second UE, generating HARQ-ACK report information based on the identified result related to the HARQ-ACK information and transmitting, to a base station (BS), the HARQ-ACK report information through a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) in a first slot.
