    摘要: A multi-band antenna configured in a portable electrical device capable of operating in a low frequency bandwidth and a high frequency bandwidth has an elongated radiating body and a feeding conductor connecting the elongated radiating body. The feeding conductor has opposite side arms respectively connecting the elongated radiating body and a connecting portion connecting the side arms. A feeding point is arranged at a corner where one of the side arms connects to the connecting portion. The elongated radiating body and the feeding conductor are located on different planes of the portable electronic device. According to the position where the feeding conductor connects to the elongated radiating body and the position where the feeding point is arranged at, the multi-band antenna has a preferred low frequency bandwidth and a preferred high frequency bandwidth. Therefore, the portable electrical device can operate at different wireless bandwidths.

    摘要: A loop-slot antenna defined by a conductive plate includes a first slot and a second slot. The first slot and the second slot divide the conductive plate into a first strip, a second strip and a patch element. The first slot is an L-shaped slot and includes a transverse slot section extending along the lower edge of the conductive plate and a longitudinal slot section extending along the left edge of the conductive plate and opening to the upper edge of the conductive plate. The first slot is operated at a first frequency. The first strip includes a transverse branch and a longitudinal branch that has a feed point. The second slot opens upward. The second strip has a free end on which a grounding point is disposed. The patch element is formed between the first and the second slots and operable at a second frequency.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a plant extract for treating diabetes and a process for making same. The plant extract of the invention is prepared from an overground part of Hedychium coronarium Koenig, which has the efficacies of lowering blood glucose, increasing insulin levels, reducing insulin resistance and treating and/or preventing diabetes without overly reducing blood glucose in a subject, i.e., not reducing blood glucose in a fasting subject. Also provided herein is a method for treating diabetes in a subject in need thereof comprising administering an effective amount of the plant extract to the subject.

A simulation induction portion includes a first conduction strip extended obliquely from a substantial middle of the top edge and a second conduction strip extended along the top edge from a free end of the first conduction strip to form an obtuse angle between the first and second conduction strips. A connecting portion extends perpendicularly and opposite to the grounding plate from a free end of the second conduction strip. A feeding point disposes on the connecting portion, adjacent to the second conduction strip. A high frequency radiator and a low frequency radiator are extended opposite to each other from a free end of the connecting portion.

    摘要: An antenna device includes an insulating substrate, a ground plane, a radiating element, a horizontal feed probe and a vertical feed probe. The insulating substrate has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. One end of the first surface defines an insulating area. One end of the second surface adjacent to the insulating area defines a first isolating area, a second isolating area, a horizontal feed circuit and a vertical feed circuit. The ground plane includes a first ground plane and a second ground plane. The radiating element is located onto the insulating area. The horizontal and vertical feed probes are inserted in the insulating substrate and the radiating element with one end thereof projecting beyond the radiating element and the other end thereof respectively penetrating through the first and second isolating areas so as to couple with the horizontal and vertical feed circuits, respectively.

    摘要: A dual-band antenna adapted for an Ultra-mobile Personal Computer has a grounding element including a first grounding portion of elongated plate shape and a second grounding portion extending substantially perpendicular to the first grounding portion from a long edge of the first grounding portion. A connecting element is connected with the second grounding portion. An installing element is connected with the second grounding portion and spaced away from the connecting portion. A radiating element includes a low frequency resonator extending from the connecting element, a high frequency resonator extending opposite to the low frequency resonator and towards the installing element from the connecting element, and an enhancing frequency resonator extending from an edge of the installing element back to the high frequency resonator. The low, high and enhancing frequency resonators are substantially aligned with each other and parallel to the second grounding portion.
