    摘要: The invention provides an electrophotographic laminated film and a method for producing the electrophotographic laminated film. The electrophotographic laminated film comprises a substrate and at least one of a coating layer and a function control means provided on a surface of the substrate. The uppermost layer of the coating layer has a surface resistance in a range of 1.0×108 to 1.0×1013 Ω/□. The surface of the substrate preferably comprises at least one of a polycarbonate resin and a polyallylate resin. At least one of the coating layer and the function control means is preferably formed by providing a coating liquid. Further, a solvent contained in the coating liquid is preferably permits at least one of the coating layer and function control means to be formed while dissolving the surface of the substrate.

    摘要: Transfer paper for electrophotography of the present invention includes base paper; and a coating layer provided on at least one side of the base paper. The coating layer includes a pigment and a binder, has a solids content in the range of 2 to 10 g/m.sup.2, and has void-free areas containing no voids having a circle-equivalent diameter of equal to or more than 1 .mu.m and void area containing voids whose circle-equivalent diameter is equal to or more than 1 .mu.m. A proportion of void areas whose equivalent circle diameter is more than 20 .mu.m is not more than 2%, and the average equivalent circle diameter of the void areas and that of the void-free areas as observed on the surface of the coating layer satisfy at least one of the following conditions: (1) the average equivalent circle diameter of the void areas and that of the void-free areas are each from 1.5 to 10 .mu.m; (2) the average equivalent circle diameter of the void areas and that of the void-free areas are each 0.2 to 1.5 times the volume average particle size of the toner used for image formation; and (3) the average equivalent circle diameter of the void areas is from 1.0 to 10.0 .mu.m and that of the void-free area is from 1.5 to 10 .mu.m.

    摘要: The photomask blank comprises a transparent substrate, a chromium film directly formed on the substrate and having a thickness of less than 15 m.mu., an intermediate layer formed on the chromium film and containing chromium oxide and a metal mask layer made of chromium and formed on the intermediate layer. The intermediate layer comprises a single chromium oxide film or a composite layer of a chromium oxide film and a pure chromium film or a mixture of chromium and chromium oxide. The photomask is prepared by etching the chromium film, the intermediate layer and the mask layer of the photomask blank described above.
