A rewinding machine arranged to wind a web of absorbent substrate into multiple logs including a perforating module, a cutting module, a winding module and a control module, the web of absorbent substrate travelling into the modules according to a machine direction, wherein the perforating module is arranged to provide the web of absorbent substrate with regularly spaced perforation lines substantially transversally orientated relatively to the machine direction, wherein the cutting module is arranged to sever the web of absorbent substrate substantially transversally relatively to the machine direction, wherein the winding module is arranged to wind the web of absorbent substrate so as to produce logs of web of absorbent substrate, and wherein the control module is coupled to the perforating module and to the cutting module and controls the modules operations.

A dispenser assembly for dispensing a sheet from a roll of sheet material, which defines a cavity extending longitudinally, includes: a roll holder for removably holding the roll of sheet material being free to rotate relative to the roll holder; a base for supporting the roll holder and for coupling the dispenser assembly with an environment structure; and a pair of coupling elements including a first element coupled to the roll of sheet material and a second element integral to the roll holder. The first element is coupled in a free to rotate and removable manner relative to the second element by magnetic coupling. The first element includes a longitudinally extending engaging portion which is arranged to at least partially engage with an end portion of the cavity of the roll of sheet material so that the first element is fixedly secured to the roll of sheet material.

At least one ply is a structured ply produced by a structuring manufacturing method. The structured ply includes a structured back face. At least another ply is a wet pressed ply produced by a wet press manufacturing method. The structured ply is positioned and orientated with respect to the at least two other plies such that the structured back face of the structured ply is facing the at least two other plies so as to dampen a two-sidedness effect related to the structured back face.

An inkjet printing apparatus for printing an image on an absorbent substrate includes a print head unit and a dust removal device. The absorbent substrate includes a print side and an opposite side and is conveyed between the print-head unit and the dust removal device. The print head unit defines a print zone on the print side. The dust removal device includes a pumping chamber formed of a pre-pumping sub-chamber, a print zone sub-chamber, and a post-pumping sub-chamber, said chambers being positioned at the opposite side. The pre-pumping sub-chamber is positioned substantially upstream from the print zone. The print zone sub-chamber is positioned substantially at the print zone. The post-pumping sub-chamber is positioned downstream from the print zone. A second pressure in the print zone sub-chamber is higher than a first pressure in the pre-pumping sub-chamber and a third pressure in the post-pumping sub-chamber so as to create a suction impact to dust particles generated by the conveyed absorbent substrate.

The dispenser assembly includes (1) a base arranged to hold the roll of sheet material and to couple the dispenser assembly with an environment structure; (2) a first roller and a counter roller between which the sheet material is movable towards a dispensing outlet; and (3) a cradle arranged to support the roll of sheet material and to unwind the sheet material towards the first roller whatever a consumption level of the roll of sheet material. The first roller and the counter roller are positioned relatively to each other spaced according to a fixed nip therebetween to generate a braking force on the sheet material sufficient to break the line of weakness of the web at the dispensing outlet or downstream the dispensing outlet.

The sheet may be used for the manufacture of a water disintegrable core in a roll of tissue paper.
