    摘要: The invention refers to a medical device for supporting health control. In order to provide safe access to a dose helper functionality, the device has a first storage means arranged to store an initial data matrix with at least one initial parameter set containing at least two initial data entries for one parameter of the dose helper functionality; receiving means arranged to receive initialization data and/or security data, preferably from a second storage means, for example provided by a hardware key; selecting means operable to select based at least in part on the initialization data one data entry for each initial parameter set as initial data or one initial parameter template containing a reference to one data entry for each initial parameter set as initial data; and first activation means arranged to activate, preferably based at least in part on the security data, execution of the dose helper functionality based on the selected initial data. The invention further refers to a respective medical system, a method for providing such information, a respective computer program and a respective computer program product.

The blocking member comprises a disinfectant swab and a user graspable portion. The blocking member is configured to be physically moved with respect to the needle assembly by a user. The needle assembly is configured such that in an initial position, the blocking member blocks the cap from being removed from the drug delivery device and movement of the blocking member from the initial position causes the disinfectant swab to contact a septum of a cartridge retained within the drug delivery device.

    摘要: According to the invention, an auto-injector for administering a dose of a liquid medicament (M) comprises of a substantially cylindrical housing arranged to contain a pre-filled syringe filled with the medicament (M), a needle shroud slibably arranged with respect to the housing and adapted to rest on the skin of a patient receiving an injection, a releasable drive means arranged within the housing that is capable of, upon release, translating the needle shroud in a proximal direction (P) towards a safe position (PS) and a rotating collar rotatably arranged within the housing. The needle shroud in the safe position (PS) surrounds the injection needle after the injection has been carried out. The rotating collar engages the needle shroud in a manner that forces the rotating collar to rotate within the housing when the needle shroud is translated in the proximal direction (P).
