    摘要: Fluid delivery systems and related structures and processes are provided, such as for use with water, treated water, and/or a cleaning solution, for any of cleaning, cooling or any combination thereof, for one or more solar panels in a power generation environment. Enhanced coatings are provided for the incident surface of solar panels, such as to avoid build up of dirt, scale, or other contaminants, and/or to improve cleaning performance. Reclamation, filtration, and reuse structures are preferably provided for the delivered fluid, and seal structures may preferably be implemented between adjoining panels, to minimize loss of the delivered water or cleaning solution. The fluid delivery system may preferably be linked to an automated control system, such as but not limited to integrated DMPPT modules and related systems.

    摘要: In laparoscopic or thorascopic surgery, a trocar is used to provide an passage into the body cavity of a patient for injecting an inert gas to inflate it. A laparoscope or thorascope is passed through a sealing membrane of the trocar so the patient may be observed without releasing a large quantity of the inert gas. If the scope lens is clouded with body liquids or tissue, the scope is removed from the trocar and its lens cleaned. The trocar cannula is cleaned by running a swab through the sealing membrane into the cannula and removing body liquids, tissue and/or check valve lubricant from the inside of the cannula. The swab includes radiopaque markers on the sorbent end, measuring marks on the swab handle and an enlargement on the swab handle. The enlargement is positioned so it may be grasped and the swab pushed into the cannula a distance which is insufficient to push the sorbent end out of the end of the cannula.

    摘要: The invention is broadly in a scrubber for cleaning the lumen of a cannula of an endoscopic medical instrument comprising: (a) an elongate, axial structure having a multiplicity of scrubber elements, e.g. bristles, along the length thereof, said scrubber having a length sufficient to extend through at least a portion of said lumen, (b) a layer of hydrophilic polyurethane deposited on said scrubber elements in an amount effective to absorb a solution of detergent and/or enzyme solution; and (c) a solution of detergent and enzyme absorbed in said layer of hydrophilic polyurethane, said scrubber having a cross section of a size and configuration to closely fit within, engage and mechanically contact the walls of said lumen. The scrubber is used to clean the lumen of the cannula of medical instrument by degrading, dispersing and dissolving said debris and mechanically dislodging it from said lumen.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method and apparatus for cleaning and refurbishing the adjacent planar surfaces of a pair of interchangeable surgical acoustic members. The device includes a spaced pair of outwardly biased abrasive members mounted on a rotatable housing so that the tool can be located between the adjacent planar faces and about a threaded connection between them. Rotation of the device causes the abrasive members in contact with the opposed planar surfaces to clean and refurbish those surfaces. The method of using the device is also disclosed. The device is provided as a component of a maintenance kit for the acoustic members. The kit also includes a wire brush for cleaning the threaded joint, non-shredding swabs for wiping the threads and acoustic joint, and a brush for cleaning the bores of the acoustic member.
