    Abstract: Each elevator corridor of an elevator system has a transponder beacon disposed near each access to the corridor, each potential passenger, including regular tenants and visitors, carries a responder, such as an RFID responder, so as to provide an indication of entrance into and exit from the elevator corridor. Passengers that are not visitors have a history developed as to the likely travel route of each passenger as the passenger enters the elevator lobby; that is, whether the passenger is likely to take the elevator at this time, or likely to exit the elevator corridor to some other facility. Entered calls can be cancelled if the passenger leaves the lobby, and passenger travel patterns are updated with each passage through the elevator lobby.

    Abstract: A command input device to be used in a voice controllable elevator system, capable of enabling a user to perform a command input in voice more easily and accurately. The device includes a sensor for detecting presence of the user within a prescribed proximity to a microphone; and a unit for outputting the command recognized by a speech recognition unit to an elevator control unit of the elevator system in response to termination of detection of the user by the sensor. In addition, the speech recognition unit recognizes the last command given by the user while the sensor is detecting the presence of the user. The user can correct a command incorrectly recognized by the speech recognition unit by re-entering the command while the sensor is detecting the presence of the user.

    Abstract: A Bluetooth module in an elevator system in the field of elevator intelligent control technologies. The Bluetooth module according to the present invention is arranged substantially corresponding to a mounting hole of a first physical button/second physical button of the elevator system, such that a Bluetooth signal broadcast by the Bluetooth module can be propagated from at least part of the mounting hole to a landing zone/the interior of an elevator car. The first physical button is a physical button arranged on an elevator call panel assembly in the landing zone of the elevator system. The second physical button is a physical button arranged on an elevator call panel assembly of the elevator car of the elevator system. Embodiments can be easily implemented by transforming the existing elevator system and can achieve good coverage of Bluetooth signals in the landing zone and/or the interior of the elevator car.

    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for elevator control. In one aspect, a sensor senses time series data. A system module identifies a feature point of a target object in the time series data, determines whether feature point coordinates of the feature point are located in an offset space, wherein the offset space has a spatial offset to a button, and sends a control signal if the offset space does not overlap with a first sensing range and the system module determines that the feature point coordinates are located in the offset space for a duration exceeding a first threshold time, or if the offset space overlaps with the first sensing range and the system module determines that the feature point coordinates are located in the offset space for a duration exceeding a second threshold time. An elevator floor controller receives the control signal and cancels the triggering of the button.

    Abstract: A dynamic car assignment method implemented by an elevator system is provided. The elevator system includes a plurality of elevators. The dynamic car assignment method includes an assignment, by the elevator system, of a first elevator car of the plurality of elevators to pick up a passenger in response to an elevator call. The elevator system then detects that the first elevator car is fully occupied prior to the first elevator car arriving to pick up the passenger. Further, the elevator system dynamically assigns a second elevator car of the plurality of elevator cars to pick up the passenger in response to the elevator call and in response to detecting that the first elevator car is fully occupied.

    Abstract: An elevator controller according to the present disclosure includes: a communication unit that receives, from a mobile terminal, signals each including information about elevator halls; and a determination unit that makes a determination for guiding a user on a basis of the information about the elevator halls received by the communication unit. The communication unit receives, from the mobile terminal, a first signal including floor registration elevator hall information, and after that, receives, from the mobile terminal, a second signal including registered floor return elevator hall information. On a basis of the first signal and the second signal, the determination unit determines whether or not an elevator at a registered floor return elevator hall is an elevator that goes to a floor registration elevator hall and, when the elevator is the elevator that goes to the floor registration elevator hall, notifies the mobile terminal the determination result.
