摘要: A system and method for priority actuation is provided. The system and method comprise a priority button. An access to the priority button is provided to an authorized user. The authorized user is enabled to initiate a priority actuation trigger for a priority service in at least one automated access system using the priority button. The automated access system is operably coupled to at least one server via a communication gateway. The server comprises a database of all authorized users of a priority service. Triggering the priority button results in initiating the priority actuation trigger for sending an authentication information of the authorized user to the server. The server authenticates the user as the authorized user enabled to access the priority service and provides the user with the priority service for the at least one automated access system.

摘要: An elevator system includes an elevator car drive assembly configured to drive at least one elevator car to a plurality of floors serviced by the elevator system. A mobile electronic device inputs a ride request to deliver an available elevator car among the at least one elevator car to a floor location containing the mobile electronic device. An electronic elevator controller is in signal communication with the elevator drive assembly and the mobile electronic device. The electronic elevator controller is configured to determine an unavailability of an originally assigned elevator car selected to perform the ride request, and to transmit reassignment information to the mobile electronic device indicating modification of the ride request.

摘要: Methods and systems to control an elevator door of an elevator car that can be moved between floors of a building. At least one registered destination call is evaluated, which makes it possible to plan the number of boarding or exiting passengers for each stopping floor. For each stopping floor, a corresponding door dwell time for the elevator door is determined to make it possible for a registered passenger to board or exit on a stopping floor. The number of passengers that exit the elevator car on the stopping floor and the number of passengers that board the elevator car on the stopping floor is also determined. The elevator door is closed regardless of the set door dwell time if the number of passengers boarding and exiting on the stopping floor determined by the sensor system corresponds to the number of boarding or exiting passengers planned for the stopping floor.

摘要: The invention refers to a method for allocating elevator cars in an elevator system for passenger transport having at least one elevator group with at least one elevator having at least one elevator car, which elevator group is controlled by an elevator group control having a call allocation system to allocate an elevator car to a floor call using destination call control wherein the floor call includes the departure floor as well as the destination floor, whereby the elevator system communicates via a communication means with terminal devices, e.g. mobile devices acting as destination operating panels for the passengers. According to the invention the call allocation system is configured to handle load calls issued via the terminal device, whereby a load call comprises a departure floor, a destination floor, load specification data and a first time or time frame within which the load is to be transported from the departure floor to the destination floor, and the allocation system reserves within the first time/time frame the necessary space and/or weight in an elevator car, obtained from the load specification data and sends a notice to the terminal device from which the load call has been issued and/or to a predetermined terminal device, which notice comprises information that currently or at what time an elevator car is going to serve the load call and which elevator car is going to serve the load call.
