Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed, from the perspective of the UE, for performing random access procedure. In addition, the method includes the UE transmitting a preamble to the network. The method also includes the UE receiving a Msg2 from the network for responding the preamble. The method further includes the UE performing a Msg3 transmission to the network according to the TTI information of Msg3.

Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed. In an example from the perspective of a User Equipment (UE), the UE receives a first Radio Resource Control (RRC) message indicative of switching a Primary Cell (PCell) of the UE to a first cell, wherein the first RRC message is indicative of a first configuration of the first cell. The UE resets a Medium Access Control (MAC) entity associated with the PCell of the UE in response to receiving the first RRC message. The UE receives a second RRC message indicative of a second configuration of a second cell. The UE receives a signaling indicative of initiating a mobility procedure to switch the PCell of the UE to the second cell. The signaling includes a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) signaling and/or a MAC Control Element (CE). The UE does not reset the MAC entity associated with the PCell of the UE in response to the mobility procedure.

The UE generates two Medium Access Control (MAC) Protocol Data Units (PDUs) for the TTI, wherein a first MAC PDU of the two MAC PDUs is able to accommodate all available data of the UE. The UE transmits the two MAC PDUs to the base station.

Abstract: The electronic device includes a battery module, a power supply, a power controller, and a processor. The power controller obtains an initial battery capacity of the battery module and a current time when the power supply is connected to an external power supply. The processor sets a preset target battery capacity and a charging completion time, obtains a charging battery capacity according to the preset target battery capacity, the initial battery capacity and a charging time interval, calculates a battery capacity difference according to the charging battery capacity and the charging time interval, converts the battery capacity difference into a charging battery capacity, and transmits it to the power controller. The power controller converts the supplied power to a charging voltage or a charging current correspondingly according to the charging battery capacity, to charge the battery module to the preset target battery capacity at a charging end time.
