    Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a UE (User Equipment). In one embodiment, the method includes the UE receiving an SCell activation/deactivation MAC (Medium Access Control) control element to activate the SCell. The method further includes the UE activates the SCell based on the SCell activation/deactivation MAC control element. The method also includes the UE receiving a beam indication by a MAC control element via the PCell, wherein the beam indication includes a cell index and the beam indication is used to derive at least one beam to be used in the SCell. In addition, the method includes the UE using the at least one beam for a DL (Downlink) transmission or an UL (Uplink) transmission in the SCell.

    Abstract: A heat transfer device is provided. The heat transfer device includes a first heat conduction sheet and a second heat conduction sheet. The first heat conduction sheet includes two first rigid parts and a first bendable part connected between the two first rigid parts.     Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed. In an example from the perspective of a User Equipment (UE), the UE initiates a random access procedure. The UE receives a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) transmission. The UE determines whether contention resolution associated with the random access procedure is successful. If the initiating the random access procedure is performed for Special Cell (SpCell) beam failure recovery, the determining whether the contention resolution is successful is based on whether the PDCCH transmission is addressed to a Cell Radio Network Temporary Identifier (C-RNTI) of the UE. If the initiating the random access procedure is performed for Secondary Cell (SCell) beam failure recovery, the determining whether the contention resolution is successful is based on whether the PDCCH transmission is addressed to the C-RNTI of the UE and whether the PDCCH transmission contains an uplink (UL) grant for a new transmission.

    Abstract: A computer system including an electronic device and an input device is disclosed. The electronic device includes a touch display area and a control unit. The input device includes a plurality of positioning structures and a grounding piece. The positioning structures are electrically connected to the grounding piece. When the input device is disposed on the touch display area of the electronic device, the control unit detects positions of the positioning structures on the touch display area, calculates a coverage area covered by the input device on the touch display area according to the positions, and determines a range of a display area of the touch display area according to the coverage area.

In one embodiment, the method includes the UE-to-UE Relay receiving a first sidelink UE capability information from a first UE and a second sidelink UE capability from a second UE. The method also includes the UE-to-UE Relay transmitting the first sidelink UE capability information and the second sidelink UE capability information to a network node or transmits a combined sidelink UE capability information to the network node, wherein the combined sidelink UE capability information is derived from the first sidelink UE capability information and the second sidelink UE capability information.
