    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. For example, a method for wireless communications at a wireless device may include determining a rate matching configuration for a first channel (e.g., an uplink channel) associated with a second channel (e.g., a downlink channel). A wireless device may determine rate matching resources of an uplink channel based on the rate matching configuration. The wireless device may determine rate matching resources of a downlink channel based on the rate matching configuration. The wireless device may transmit a first message on the uplink channel or the downlink channel, respectively, where the transmitted channel includes the rate matching resources. The wireless device may receive a reference signal on one or more resources of the downlink channel or the uplink channel, respectively, where the one or more resources of the respective channel correspond to the rate matching resources on the transmitted channel.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. For instance, a wireless device (e.g., abase station, a user equipment (UE)) may transmit a wake-up message including an indicator of whether an on duration of a discontinuous reception cycle is associated with harvesting energy from a signal transmitted during the on duration. The wireless device may transmit the signal during the on duration based on the wake-up message. In some examples, the UE may determine, from the indicator, whether to harvest energy, decode data or both during the on duration. If both harvesting energy and decoding data, the UE may harvest the energy and decode the data concurrently for at least a portion of the on duration. Additionally, or alternatively, the UE may harvest the energy during a first portion of the on duration and may decode data during a second portion of the on duration.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A network entity associated with a first cell may obtain a control message that includes traffic information associated with a second cell. The traffic information may indicate a first set of communication parameters associated with traffic for communication via the second cell. Based on the traffic information associated with the second cell, the network entity may communicate, via the first cell, a message with a user equipment (UE) associated with the first cell. For example, a second set of communication parameters associated with the message may be based on the traffic information associated with the second cell.
