    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a power allocating system, including adapters and an electronic device. Each of the adapters includes a processor. The electronic device includes a controller. The controller obtains rated information and current output information from each of the processors to calculate an output utilization rate of each of the adapters. The controller transmits at least one adjusting signal to at least one of the processors according to the output utilization rates to adjust the output utilization rate of the adapters.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed. The first UE establishes a first sidelink Signaling Radio Bearer (SRB) for PC5-S message transmission if a unicast link or a PC5-Radio Resource Control (PC5-RRC) connection establishment is initiated, wherein the first sidelink SRB is associated with a default Destination Layer-2 Identity (ID). Also, the first UE transmits a first PC5-S message for the unicast link or the PC5-RRC connection establishment on the first sidelink SRB with a Source Layer-2 ID derived from a Layer-2 ID of the first UE and a Destination Layer-2 ID derived from the default Destination Layer-2 ID. Furthermore, the first UE receives a second PC5-S message from a second UE, wherein the second PC5-S message is transmitted with a Source Layer-2 ID derived from a Layer-2 ID of the second UE and a Destination Layer-2 ID derived from the Layer-2 ID of the first UE. In addition, the first UE establishes a second sidelink SRB for PC5-S message reception and/or transmission, wherein the second sidelink SRB is associated with the Layer-2 ID of the second UE. Furthermore, the first UE establishes a third sidelink SRB for PC5-RRC message transmission if the unicast link or the PC5-RRC connection establishment has been successfully completed, wherein the third sidelink SRB is associated with the Layer-2 ID of the second UE.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a UE (User Equipment). In one embodiment, the method includes transmitting a Scheduling Request (SR) on a first uplink bandwidth part (BWP). The method further includes receiving a response for the SR on a first downlink BWP. The method also includes detecting a beam failure when using the first uplink BWP and the first downlink BWP. In addition, the method includes transmitting a beam failure recovery (BFR) request to a network node on the first uplink BWP. Furthermore, the method includes receiving a control signalling on a second downlink BWP from the network node after transmitting the BFR request, wherein the control signalling is a response for the BFR request and the second downlink BWP is associated with the first uplink BWP.

    Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for handling device-to-device feedback transmission in a wireless communication system are disclosed herein. In one method, a first device receives a configuration for operating in a network scheduling mode for acquiring sidelink resources. The first device receives a sidelink control information with a report request from a second device. The first device triggers or is triggered to transmit a report to the second device in response to the report request. If the first device has no available sidelink resource for transmitting the report, the first device triggers a scheduling request. The first device transmits a signaling of the scheduling request to the network. The first device receives a sidelink grant from the network. The first device utilizes sidelink resource(s) indicated by the sidelink grant to transmit the report to the second device.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed. In an example from the perspective of a User Equipment (UE), the UE keeps a dedicated Preconfigured Uplink Resources (PUR) configuration when the UE is in Radio Resource Control (RRC) idle state and a serving cell of the UE is a second cell, wherein the UE is configured with the dedicated PUR configuration in a first cell different than the second cell. The UE selects a third cell during a RRC connection re-establishment procedure. In response to the selecting the third cell, the UE determines whether or not to release the dedicated PUR configuration based upon whether or not the third cell is the same as the first cell, wherein the determining whether or not to release the dedicated PUR configuration is performed when the UE is in RRC connected state.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed for latency reduction of device-to-device message in a wireless communication system. In one embodiment, the method includes the UE receiving a grant on a first interface wherein the grant indicates resource for transmitting scheduling information and resources for data transmission on a second interface. The method also includes the UE transmitting a first scheduling information on the second interface in a first specific timing interval and transmits a second scheduling information on the second interface in a second specific timing interval, wherein the timing difference between the second specific timing and the first specific timing is indicated by the grant, and wherein the first scheduling information indicates a first timing offset between the first scheduling information transmission and the data transmission, and the second scheduling information indicates a second timing offset between the second scheduling information transmission and the data transmission, and the first timing offset is different from the second timing offset.
