    Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, a device in which a processing system instantiates a data collector agent at an edge of a communication network. The data collector agent determines a type of data to be collected for executing an application, determines a data collection procedure including a data collection algorithm selected in accordance with the application, and performs the data collection procedure, resulting in collected data. The system can also configure a data processing module to process the collected data in accordance with the application; the data processing module is connected to the data collector agent and a database, and includes a data streaming system. The system can also configure a monitoring module connected to the controller for monitoring performance of the data processing module and a status of the database, and store the collected data in near real time. Other embodiments are disclosed.

    Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, identifying a field of view (FoV) within a first frame of a video that occupies a sub-portion of the frame. A size is determined by subdividing a portion of the video according to a tiling scenario. Tiles overlapping the FoV are detected, and an updated size is determined based on an encoded version of the tiles and compared to a reference size. Responsive to the updated size being less than the reference size, the reference size is adjusted to the updated size, the tiling scenario is adjusted according to an adjusted tiling scenario, and the determining of the size is repeated based on the adjusted tiling scenario. Responsive to the updated size not being less than the reference size, a preferred tiling scenario is identified based on the adjusted tiling scenario for tiling the video. The processing system may compose a strategy that includes a plurality of policies to obtain the desired network state from the existing network state, where each of the policies comprises an action that is to be implemented in the telecommunication network, where the composing comprises performing a state exploration process over the graph, and where each state transition of the process corresponds to one of the policies. The processing system may then implement the strategy to place the telecommunication network in the desired network state.

    Abstract: Cells of a network can be clustered based on signaling behavior, and abnormal signaling conditions against cells can be detected and mitigated. A security management component (SMC) can determine a neural network (NN) of NNs that can be representative of the cell network based on analysis of first signal measurement data associated with the cells. The NN can cluster respective cells into respective clusters based on analysis of second signal measurement data associated with the cells. The NN can determine whether an abnormal signaling condition associated with a cell is occurring based on analysis of third signal measurement data associated with the cells, information relating to the cluster to which the cell is assigned, and a defined network security criterion. SMC can perform feature reforming on the first, second, and/or third signal measurement data to reduce dimensionality of such data to facilitate processing by the NN.

Operations of a system can include, based on browsing history traffic observed with respect to a group of user equipment, constructing labeling functions for a group of domains associated with the browsing history traffic, producing a group of labels based on the labeling functions, and transforming the group of labels into a single consolidated label for a first domain. Further, the operations can include, based on a determination that a first numeric value of the single consolidated label is nearer to a first value than a second value, scheduling first traffic for the first domain prior to scheduling traffic for a second domain determined to include the second numeric value that is nearer the second value than the first value.

    Abstract: Concepts and technologies disclosed herein are directed to secure virtual meetings. According to one aspect, a user system can execute a secure virtual meeting module to identify a user that is to participate in a virtual meeting. The secure virtual meeting module can identify an authorized meeting environment in which the user is authorized to participate in the virtual meeting. The secure virtual meeting module can determine if the user is present in the authorized meeting environment, if an unauthorized person is present in the authorized meeting environment, and if a device is operating in a listening mode. In response to determining that the user is present in the authorized meeting environment, the unauthorized person is not present in the authorized meeting environment, and the device is not operating in the listening mode, the secure virtual meeting module can instruct a virtual meeting application to begin the virtual meeting.

The photons of the entangled pair of photons are retrievable from the addressable memory element according to the multi-bit value to obtain a retrieved entangled pair of photons having the quantum state.
