摘要: The disclosed system and method relate to automatically detecting empty spaces on retail store shelves, identifying the missing product(s) and causing the space to be replenished or restocked. For example, stores may use shelf-mounted imaging devices to capture images of shelves across the aisle from the imaging devices. The images captured by the imaging devices may be pre-processed to de-warp, de-skew images and stitch together multiple images in order to retrieve an image that captures a full width of a shelf. The pre-processed images can then be used to detect products on the shelf, identify the detected products. An iterative projection algorithm or product fingerprint matching algorithm can be used to identify the products. When an incorrect product listing or an empty shelf space is encountered, a message may be sent to the store employee to remedy the issue.

摘要: In some implementations, a system for providing and managing associations between mobile computing device and physical shopping carts used in retail stores includes a physical shopping cart configured to transport physical goods around a store. The physical shopping cart includes a product detection system that is programmed to detect products that are placed in the physical shopping cart, a wireless transceiver to wirelessly communicate with other devices, and a cart identifier that uniquely identifies the physical shopping cart. The system further includes a mobile computing device that is programmed (i) to obtain the cart identifier for the shopping cart, (ii) to establish an association with the physical shopping cart using the cart identifier, and (iii) once the association between the physical shopping cart and the mobile computing device has been established, to output a user interface that provides a real-time summary of the products in the physical shopping cart.

摘要: The present disclosure is directed to a system and method for viewing jobs managed by heterogeneous job schedulers on heterogeneous computing systems. Organizations often rely on workflow schedulers or job schedulers to execute and manage their workflow pipelines. However, different departments within a large organization may rely on different job scheduling applications for managing their workflows. Without the capability to monitor and manage all or a subset of jobs running on heterogeneous job scheduling applications across the organization at the same time, organizations lack the insight they need to make their workflow pipeline more efficient. The disclosed system and method allows users to monitor jobs or computer applications, including details regarding job execution and service level agreements, running on heterogeneous job schedulers across the organization.

摘要: Disclosed are techniques for monitoring and identifying attempts to subvert a security wall within a network infrastructure. A method can include receiving, by a network security system monitoring and protecting the network infrastructure, network activity for the network infrastructure, determining whether the network activity triggers at least one security event rule, blocking the network activity when the network activity triggers the rule, determining a sensitivity level associated with the network activity, starting a timer based on the sensitivity level satisfying a threshold level of sensitivity, continuously monitoring subsequent network activity until the timer expires, determining whether the subsequent network activity triggers one or more security event rules before the timer expires, associating the blocked network activity with the subsequent network activity if the subsequent network activity triggers the rules, and generating an alert indicating the associated network activity as an attempt to subvert a security wall within the network infrastructure.

摘要: Disclosed are systems and techniques for identifying product identifiers in images. A technique can include receiving, by an edge computing device, x and y coordinates for a location of an out of stock shelf section, determining a frame of reference (FOR) based on the coordinates, the FOR including a location of a product identifier for the out of stock shelf section, determining incremental adjustments to a camera based on the FOR, instructing the camera to adjust by the incremental adjustments and capture an image of the location of the product identifier, performing image analysis on the image to identify the product identifier, determining second incremental adjustments to the camera to focus the camera on the location of the product identifier if the product identifier is not identifiable in the image, and instructing the camera to reset to original camera settings if the product identifier is identifiable in the image.

摘要: Warehouse automation and methods of sorting and sequencing garment items can be used to enhance efficiencies of order fulfillment processes. For example, this document describes warehouse automation of systems and methods for efficiently compiling store replenishment orders for garment items. The systems and methods make store replenishment of garment items highly efficient. In some examples, the systems and methods are focused on automation (e.g., using autonomous mobile robots that transport pods containing garment items) and arranging the garment items in store-ready containers that can be wheeled out directly into the retail area for efficient store replenishment.

摘要: An automated chat conversation platform and method of operation are described. The automated chat conversation platform includes extensible chat interfaces useable for chat session communication with a plurality of third party communication tools, and is designed to be automatically scalable according to a number of chat sessions in existence concurrently. The automated chat conversation platform identifies chat sessions in which user intervention may be important, and allows for selective intervention by user agents.

摘要: A delivery management platform, a mobile application, and a method are disclosed. The delivery management platform can use the mobile application to manage carriers that perform deliveries of products. The delivery management platform can receive delivery schedules, group deliveries in the delivery schedules into loads, and use the mobile application both to make the loads available to carrier members and to receive events sent from carrier members. The delivery management platform can also use the mobile application to pay carriers and to receive information to update carrier data. Using the mobile application, carrier members can both interact with the delivery management platform and can assign, track, and perform deliveries.
