    Abstract: A pixel circuit includes a driving transistor, a reset sub-circuit, a leakage prevention sub-circuit and a data writing sub-circuit. The reset sub-circuit is configured to, under control of a first scanning signal, transmit a reference voltage signal to a first electrode of the driving transistor. The leakage prevention sub-circuit is configured to, under control of a second scanning signal, connect the first electrode of the driving transistor to a control electrode of the driving transistor. The data writing sub-circuit is configured to, under control of a third scanning signal, transmit a data signal to a second electrode of the driving transistor. The reset sub-circuit and the data writing sub-circuit are turned on sequentially when the leakage prevention sub-circuit is turned on; and the reset sub-circuit is turned on at least once when the leakage prevention sub-circuit is turned off.

    Abstract: Provided is a display panel, including a driver backplane, a light-emitting functional layer, and a light-extraction layer. The light-emitting functional layer and the light-extraction layer are successively stacked on a bearing surface of the driver backplane. The light-emitting functional layer includes a plurality of light-emitting units arranged in arrays. The light-extraction layer includes a first sub-layer and a second sub-layer, which are successively stacked on the light-emitting functional layer. A refractive index of the first sub-layer is less than a refractive index of the second sub-layer. A plurality of grooves are defined in the first sub-layer, and each of the plurality of grooves is opposite to one of the plurality of light-emitting units. A portion of the second sub-layer is within the plurality of grooves. A boundary length of the groove is greater than a boundary length of a light-emitting region of the corresponding one of the light-emitting units.

    Abstract: The display substrate comprises a display area and a peripheral area surrounding the display area. The display substrate comprises: a substrate, a first and second conductive layers located on the substrate and sequentially arranged in the direction away from the substrate, and a first organic insulating layer located between the first and second conductive layers. The first conductive layer comprises a plurality of first metal wires extending in a first direction. The second conductive layer comprises a plurality of second metal wires extending in the first direction. In the peripheral area, the first organic insulating layer is divided, and the edge of the first organic insulating layer extends in a second direction and forms a first step. The second direction intersects with the first direction. The first step comprises at least one protruding structure and at least one recess structure located between the adjacent second metal wires.
