Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices can allow applications to provide complication data to be displayed in display of an electronic device. A client application can create a data object according to a template to efficiently select how the data object is to be displayed. For example, a complication controller on the electronic device can receive new data and determine which template to use. The data object can be sent to a display manager that can identify the selected template and display the data according to the template.

Abstract: A computer system displays a first home screen user interface that includes a first subset of application icons. While displaying the first home screen user interface, in response to detecting a first input that meets second criteria and corresponds to a request to navigate to a second home screen user interface, replacing the first home screen user interface with the second home screen user interface. While displaying the second home screen user interface, in response to detecting second input that meets third criteria: replacing the second home screen user interface with a respective user interface that includes representations of a plurality of automatically-generated groupings of a plurality of applications. Activation of a respective representation of a respective automatically-generated grouping of the plurality of automatically-generated groupings in accordance with the first criteria causes display of a third subset of application icons.

The computing system changes the visual representation of the portion of the user to represent changes in an appearance of the user over a respective period of time and changes the one or more graphical elements to represent changes in the first computer-generated environment over the respective period of time.
