Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed. In an example from the perspective of a User Equipment (UE) configured with logical channel based prioritization, the UE determines prioritization between a first uplink (UL) grant and a first scheduling request based on a first logical channel associated with triggering the first scheduling request, wherein the first UL grant and the first scheduling request overlap in time domain. The UE receives a second UL grant, wherein the second UL grant and a second scheduling request overlap in time domain. The UE prioritizes the second UL grant over the second scheduling request based on the second UL grant being addressed to a Temporary Cell Radio Network Temporary Identifier (C-RNTI) of the UE.

Abstract: A method and device are disclosed from the perspective of a first device. In one embodiment, the method includes the first device being configured with a Sidelink (SL) Discontinuous Reception (DRX) configuration. The method also includes the first device performing a sidelink communication with a second device. The method further includes the first device receiving a signaling, from the second device, indicating a new sidelink transmission. In addition, the method includes the first device determining whether to start or restart a timer in response to the signaling at least based on information indicated in the signaling, wherein the first device monitors sidelink control channel when the timer is running.

The method further includes the second UE transmitting the specific message on the resource to a plurality of UEs comprising at least a first UE.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are provided for ensuring, for a unified TCI framework, a MAC CE format for associating code-point of a TCI field, and a TCI state for DL/UL beam indications. A UE can receive a MAC CE for associating at least one TCI state with at least one code-point of a TCI field in a DCI, wherein the MAC CE comprises at least a first octet including a first TCI state ID field associated with a first TCI state and a first field indicating DL or UL for the first TCI state, a second octet including a second TCI state ID field associated with a second TCI state and a second field indicating DL or UL for the second TCI state, and a third octet including a third field for the UE to determine whether the first TCI state and the second TCI state are associated with a same code-point or different code-points of the TCI field.

The method further includes the first device determining a sidelink feedback resource associated with the sidelink transmission at least based on the identifier and a source ID (Identity) associated with the sidelink transmission. In addition, the method includes the first device using the sidelink feedback resource to transmit a feedback in response to the sidelink transmission to the second device.
