In addition, the serial transmission data packet is transmitted through a serial data transmission channel.

A touch panel comprising a substrate, a touch element, a first grounding electrode, an insulation layer and a second grounding electrode is disclosed. The touch element is disposed on a first surface of the substrate. The first grounding electrode is disposed on the first surface to surround the touch element. The insulation layer is disposed on the first surface to cover the touch element and the first grounding electrode. The second grounding electrode is disposed on the first insulation layer or on a second surface of the substrate opposite to the first surface. Therefore, the ESD can be conducted to the grounding end G of the circuit component through the enclosed first grounding electrode, and the signal interference between the touch panel and display can be shielded by the second grounding electrode to enhance anti-ESD and anti-noise abilities of the touch panel.

An electronic device with high electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection is provided. The electronic device includes a touch panel, at least one ESD protection element and a liquid crystal module. When an ESD event occurs at the surrounding of the touch panel, the ESD energy is rapidly discharged to ground via an energy transmission path inside the touch panel. The ESD protection element is connected to the output terminal of the touch panel in parallel to protect the electronic device and its internal circuits.

An integrated system and method to achieve ESD robustness on an integrated circuit (IC) in a fully automated ASIC design environment is described. Electrical characteristics and electrical limits on the power network are translated to power route region constraints for each chip input/output (I/O) cell. Electrical limits on the signal network are translated into signal route region constraints for each chip I/O cell. These constraints are passed on to an I/O floorplanner (automatic placer of I/O cells) that analyzes trade-offs between these constraints. For I/O cells that can not be placed to satisfy both power and signal region constraints, the I/O floorplanner utilizes the knowledge of alternative power distribution structures to group I/Os and create local power grid structures that have the effect of relaxing the power region constraints. Instructions for creating these local power grid structures are passed on to the automatic power routing tool.

The present invention provides a method for transporting a Destination User Part Unavailable (DUPU) message, including: carrying along with a DUPU message the originating point code corresponding to the originating signalling point which has triggered the DUPU message by a first signalling point in which a user part is unavailable and returning the DUPU message to a second signalling point; and forwarding, by the second signalling point upon receiving the DUPU message, the received DUPU message according to the originating point code which is contained in the message. The present invention also provides a system and a signalling point for transporting a DUPU message. According to the present invention, correct transmission of the DUPU message is be attained with the workload in forwarding messages lightened and network consumption reduced.

The coding scheme compresses information consisting of coded low frequency components as well as a parametric representation for the high frequency components based on a non-linear model. Additionally, by working on the frequency domain representations of the signal (such as the MDCT representation which is naturally available to a PAC encoder and decoder), low pass and high pass signal components are easily obtained by windowing the appropriate ranges of frequencies in the signal. Furthermore, the power functions of the signal are replaced by corresponding convolution functions of the same order.

A 3D stereo display method and a device thereof. Two sets of shutters are disposed in a display. The shutters are complementarily interlaced with each other. The opening/closing of the two sets of shutters are controlled by time interval concept. When the display frequency is odd frequency, one set of shutters is activated. When the display frequency is even frequency, the other set of shutters is activated. The two sets of shutters are continuously opened and closed according to the variation of the frequency so that in odd and even frequencies, the left and right eyes can respectively see independent images formed of different subpixels. Therefore, a 3D display effect is presented to bare eyes without reducing resolution.
