    Abstract: A display panel and a method for manufacturing a display panel are disclosed. The display panel includes a first sub-pixel region and a second sub-pixel region which are adjacent to each other. The display panel includes a substrate and a first conductive layer, an organic functional layer, and a second conductive layer which are sequentially on the substrate. The organic functional layer includes a charge generation layer, and the charge generation layer includes a first charge generation layer portion and a second charge generation layer portion which are in the first sub-pixel region and the second sub-pixel region, respectively. The display panel further includes a spacer between the first sub-pixel region and the second sub-pixel region, and the spacer disconnects the first charge generation layer portion and the second charge generation layer portion.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of display technologies, and provides an array substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display panel. In the array substrate, a substrate is provided with a first transistor and a second transistor, a first electrode of the first transistor is electrically connected to a gate of the second transistor; a conductive layer is disposed on the substrate, and includes a first conductor portion, a first semiconductor portion, a second conductor portion that are sequentially connected along a first direction; a first gate insulating layer is disposed on a side of the conductive layer away from the substrate; a first gate layer is disposed on a side of the first gate insulating layer away from the substrate to form the gate of the second transistor; a dielectric layer is disposed on the substrate to cover a part of the first conductor portion, a part of the second conductor portion and a part of the first gate layer, and an orthographic projection of a first via hole disposed on the dielectric layer on the substrate overlaps with orthographic projections of at least a part of the first conductor portion, at least a part of the second conductor portion and the first gate layer on the substrate; and a first source/drain layer is disposed on a side of the dielectric layer away from the substrate to cover the first via hole.

    Abstract: A display substrate and a display apparatus are provided. In the display substrate, the light emitting device includes a common electrode connected to a common voltage terminal. The display unit includes an auxiliary electrode line, a first auxiliary electrode and an auxiliary insulation layer. The auxiliary electrode line includes a longitudinal portion located in the display region and a transverse portion at least partially located in the non-light-emitting region, and the transverse portion is connected with the longitudinal portion; the first auxiliary electrode is located in the non-luminous region and electrically connected with the common electrode; the auxiliary insulation layer includes a first auxiliary via hole located in the non-light emitting region and exposing at least part of the lateral portion, and the first auxiliary electrode is connected with the lateral portion through the first auxiliary via hole.

In the display substrate, the scanning signal line extends along the first direction, passes through the non-light-emitting region and the display region; the longitudinal signal line is in the display region and extends along a second direction; the scanning signal line includes an outer ring portion, and the outer ring portion includes a first conductive line and a second conductive line. The second conductive line is spaced from the first conductive line in the second direction, both the first conductive line and the second conductive line extend along the first direction, extend from the non-light-emitting region to the display region, and overlap with the longitudinal signal line; the scanning signal line includes a trunk portion extending along the first direction, and electrically connected with both the first conductive line and the second conductive line.

    Abstract: A display substrate includes an underlay substrate and a plurality of pixel unit groups. The plurality of pixel unit groups are located in a display region of the underlay substrate. At least one pixel unit group includes a plurality of sub-pixel groups, wherein at least one sub-pixel group includes a pixel circuit. The pixel circuit includes a first sub-pixel circuit, a second sub-pixel circuit, and a light emitting control sub-circuit. The first sub-pixel circuit and the second sub-pixel circuit are both electrically connected to the light emitting control sub-circuit. The light emitting control sub-circuit is configured to control a first light emitting element electrically connected to the first sub-pixel circuit to emit light, and to control a second light emitting element electrically connected to the second sub-pixel circuit to emit light.

The display panel has N regions and includes pixel driving circuits and M gate driving circuits for providing M gate driving signals to the pixel driving circuits; each gate driving circuit includes N gate driving sub-circuits, each of which is configured to provide one gate driving signal to the pixel driving circuits in one region; M≥2, N≥2, and M and N are integers; the signal selection circuit includes: M frame start signal lines, each of which is configured to provide a frame start signal for one gate driving circuit; and a selection sub-circuit configured to output frame start signals written by the frame start signal lines to the gate driving sub-circuits corresponding to the regions of the display panel according to a preset sequence.
