    Abstract: A display panel includes an array substrate and a package substrate disposed opposite to each other, wherein, the array substrate includes a plurality of pixel units arranged in an array, and at least one of the pixel units includes a driving transistor. Further, the package substrate includes a first electrode and a second electrode disposed opposite to each other and an insulating layer located between the two electrodes. Wherein, the first electrode is electrically connected to the first terminal of the driving transistor, and the second electrode is electrically connected to the control terminal of the driving transistor.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display panel, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device. The display panel includes an array substrate which includes a plurality of pixel regions defined by a plurality of gate lines intersected with a plurality of data lines. Each of the pixel regions includes an aperture region, a non-aperture region surrounding the aperture region, and a spacer disposed in the non-aperture region. Each of the pixel regions includes a padding structure provided in the non-aperture region. The padding structure includes a first pad and a second pad located in the non-aperture region. The first pad and the second pad are located at two sides of the spacer, respectively. The first pad and the second pad are located at two sides of the gate line, respectively. The padding structure is configured to prevent the spacer from moving into the aperture region.

The pixel defining layer includes a plurality of pixel defining patterns. Each of the pixel defining patterns includes a first sub-defining pattern and a second sub-defining pattern, the second sub-defining pattern being embedded within the first sub-defining pattern, and an outer edge of the second sub-defining pattern is connected to an inner edge of the first sub-defining pattern, wherein a thickness of the first sub-defining pattern is greater than a thickness of the second sub-defining pattern, and a region surrounded by the second sub-defining pattern is a light emitting region of a light emitting layer.

    Abstract: An electrostatic protection circuit, a display panel, and a display apparatus are disclosed. The electrostatic protection circuit comprises a switch control unit, a first electrostatic storage unit configured to store charges, and a second electrostatic storage unit configured to store charges, wherein the first electrostatic storage unit has a first terminal connected to a driving line and a second terminal connected to the switch control unit, and the second electrostatic storage unit has a first terminal connected to the switch control unit and a second terminal connected to a common electrode trace. With the first electrostatic storage unit connected to the driving line and the second electrostatic storage unit connected to the common electrode trace, the electrostatic protection circuit, the display panel, and the display apparatus according to the present disclosure can prevent leakage current on the driving line from flowing into the common electrode trace or prevent leakage current on the common electrode trace from flowing into the driving line after the switch control unit is switched off, which otherwise causes voltage fluctuation on the driving line or the common electrode trace thereby affecting the display quality.

    Abstract: An array substrate, a liquid crystal display panel and a display device are disclosed. The array substrate includes a first insulation layer disposed on a base substrate, a first conductive pattern disposed on the first insulation layer, a second insulation layer disposed on the first conductive pattern, a second conductive pattern disposed on the second insulation layer. The second conductive pattern is connected to the first conductive pattern through a second via hole penetrating the second insulation layer. The array substrate further includes a first via hole exposing the first insulation layer and penetrating the first conductive pattern. An orthogonal projection of the first via hole on the base substrate and an orthogonal projection of the second via hole on the base substrate at least partially overlap with each other, the second conductive pattern is connected to the first insulation layer through the first via hole.
