摘要: A luminaire comprising a transparent light guiding structure (2), including a stack of transparent, flat panel light guides (3). Each panel light guide has an in-coupling edge (4) adapted to receive light from said light source and couple this light into the light guide, and at least one out-coupling surface (10, 10a) adapted to couple light out of the light guide, wherein the out-coupling surfaces being distributed along a plane of extension of said light guiding structure. The stacked light guiding structure according to the present invention is easy to manufacture even for large sizes, and consists principally of existing elements (flat panel light guides). Also, an improved transparency can be achieved with this design.

摘要: A pawn (10) for use on a board (21) is provided. The pawn (10) is arranged to provide a trigger signal upon a touch of a triggerable part of the pawn (10) by a user, and comprises communication means for communicating the trigger signal to a board (21). The pawn (10) comprises at least two separate triggerable sub-parts (11, 12) for, upon a touch of each respective one of the at least two separate triggerable sub-parts (11, 12) by a user, respectively providing a first and a second trigger signal. The first and the second trigger signal are mutually distinguishable. Such a pawn (10) can easily be used for activating a certain function of a set of functions. A function is selected by touching a corresponding triggerable sub-part (11, 12).

摘要: A method for controlling an angular distribution of a light-beam emitted by a light-output device (102, 200) comprising a first set of light-sources (105, 211) comprising at least one light-source configured to emit light within a first angular range (221, 231, 241) and second set of light-sources (107, 210) comprising at least one light-source configured to emit light within a second angular range (222, 232, 242), wherein the first angular range is different from the second angular range. The method comprises the steps of: receiving (401) a dimmer setting (VDS) from a dimmer (101); controlling (404), if the dimmer setting is within a first predetermined range, the first set of light-sources to emit light within the first angular range; and controlling (405), if the dimmer setting is within a second predetermined range, the second set of light-sources to emit light within the second angular range. Through the method according to the invention the angular distribution of light emitted from a single light-output device may be controlled using a single switch, thereby avoiding the need for having a plurality of switches and/or new wiring which would otherwise be required.

摘要: A method of controlling a lighting system includes a learning procedure. The lighting system includes lighting modules and a controlling device. The lighting modules are arbitrarily arranged, and each lighting module can communicate with neighboring lighting modules via communication units arranged at sides of the lighting module. The learning procedure defines a lighting module arrangement and a communication network for communication between the controlling device and the lighting modules. During the learning procedure, a token is forwarded from one lighting module to another lighting module, while ensuring that all lighting modules are visited by the token. Further, geometric information about how the lighting modules are arranged in relation to each other is generated.
