Abstract: Disclosed herein is an implantable medical device including a housing, a header, a connector port, and a collet assembly. The header can be arranged with the housing. The connector port can be arranged within the header and configured to couple an implantable lead to the header. The collet assembly can be arranged within the connector port and configured to frictionally engage a portion of the implantable lead and to secure the implantable lead with the header in response to insertion of the portion of the implantable lead into the connector port.

Abstract: An implantable medical device can include a housing including electronic devices within the housing, and a header attached to the housing. The header can have an index locking assembly including one or more connector bores arranged within the header, each of the one or more connector bores including a proximal end and a distal end. The index locking assembly can also include one or more connector pins configured to be inserted into and interference fit within the one or more connector bores. The proximal end of the one or more connector bores and a portion of the one or more connector pins can include a tapered portion configured to prevent rotation of the one or more connector pins when inserted into the one or more connector bores.

Abstract: Delivery devices, systems, and methods for delivering implantable leadless pacing devices are disclosed. An example delivery device may an outer tubular member and an inner tubular member slidably disposed within the lumen of the outer tubular member. A distal holding section may extend distally of a distal end of the inner tubular member and define a cavity therein for receiving an implantable leadless pacing device. The device may further include a hub portion including at least a first hub portion affixed adjacent to the proximal end of the outer tubular member and a second hub portion affixed adjacent to the proximal end of the inner tubular member. A first locking mechanism configured to releasably couple the outer tubular member and the inner tubular member may be disposed within the hub portion.

Abstract: Systems and methods to couple electrical contacts of a header of a medical device to respective feedthrough pins of a connector block of a medical device housing using a preformed wire are disclosed. The preformed wire can include a proximate portion comprising a number of turns shaped to engage a feedthrough pin. The number of turns of the preformed wire, once engaged with the feedthrough pin, can physically separate a major portion of the preformed wire from the connector block and the housing. The major portion of the preformed wire can be shaped to route a distal portion of the preformed wire to a first electrical contact of the header when the proximate portion of the preformed wire engages the feedthrough pin.
