    Abstract: A valve includes a housing having an inlet and an outlet. A spool is fixed within the housing and defines a flow window therethrough for fluid communication between the inlet and the outlet. A piston is slidingly engaged in a piston compartment of the spool. A sleeve is slidingly engaged with the spool on an outer surface of the spool. The piston and sleeve are operatively connected for common motion along a sliding axis relative to the spool and housing between a first position in which the sleeve occludes the flow window to inhibit flow from the inlet to the outlet, and a second position in which the sleeve unoccludes the flow window to allow flow from the inlet to the outlet.

    Abstract: A port shield assembly includes a cup, a fitting, and a retaining pin. The cup includes a top with a hole, a sidewall, a cavity defined by the top and the sidewall, and a side port in the side wall. The fitting includes a body with a first end and a second end, a flange at the first end, and a central bore extending from the first end. The fitting also includes a port that communicates with the central bore, and a cross bore near the second end.     Abstract: A high pressure relief valve includes a nozzle that is received within an internal bore of a valve housing. The nozzle has a nozzle body with a bore defined by an outlet bore inner diameter that is less than an inlet bore inner diameter. The nozzle body has a nozzle face defined at the outlet end, and is defined between the outlet bore inner diameter and an outlet bore outer diameter spaced radially outwardly of the outlet bore inner diameter. The nozzle body includes a coupling feature held fixed relative to the nozzle body such that the coupling feature is not moveable relative to the nozzle body. The coupling feature is configured to couple the nozzle body to the closure sleeve that surrounds the outlet end. At least one retaining feature prevents the coupling feature from being uncoupled from the closure sleeve.
