    Abstract: In an example implementation according to aspects of the present disclosure, a computing device includes a first member with a first display surface, and a second member rotatably connected to the first member, the second member including a second display surface. The computing device includes a sensor and a processor to receive readings from the sensor. Based on the sensor readings, the processor is to select either a privacy mode or a sharing mode for the first display surface, and either the privacy mode or the sharing mode for the second display surface.

    Abstract: A disclosed example method to display information from a computer system includes: accessing peripheral display information in a designated peripheral display area of a frame buffer memory in response to detecting a presence of the peripheral display information, the designated peripheral display area being a subarea of the frame buffer memory, the sub-area covering less than an entirety of a main screen of a monitor; displaying, via a peripheral information display device, the peripheral display information from the designated peripheral display area of the frame buffer memory, the peripheral information display device being separate from the main screen; determining user input coordinates based on a user interaction with the peripheral display information; updating the peripheral display information from a computer to the frame buffer memory; and displaying the updated peripheral display information from the designated peripheral display area of the frame buffer memory via the peripheral information display device.

    Abstract: In one example in accordance with the present disclosure, an attention analysis system is described. The attention analysis system includes a database. The database includes 1) images indicative that users are paying attention to corresponding computing devices and 2) images indicative that users are not paying attention to corresponding computing devices. The system also includes an analyzer to extract multiple user position characteristics from a stream of images of a user disposed in front of a computing device. A comparer of the system determines, by comparing the stream of images of the user to the images in the database, whether the user is paying attention to the computing device.

    Abstract: Examples associated with device operation mode change are described. One example device includes a data store. The data store may store contextual data correlating spatial data with a set of operations modes for the device. The spatial data includes data describing quantities and locations of persons relative to the device. A scanner detects a set of current spatial data of the device, including current quantities and current locations of persons relative to the device. A mode change module controls the device to enter a selected operation mode based on comparing the current spatial data to the contextual data. A learning module updates the contextual data based on a user behavior in response to the device entering the selected operation mode.
