Abstract: An apparatus, a system, and a method for allocating power to a graphics processing unit, where the apparatus includes a frame rate detection module configured to detect a frame rate of current image data to-be-displayed, and a power allocation module configured to: determine whether the frame rate is lower than a preset frame rate threshold; if the frame rate is lower than the preset frame rate threshold, determine that displaying of the image data is in a frame freezing state; determine, in response to the frame freezing state, whether a graphics processing unit reaches a power bottleneck state; and if determining that the graphics processing unit reaches the power bottleneck state, increase power of the graphics processing unit and reduce power of another module related to the displaying.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a control channel configuration method, a base station, and a terminal device. The method includes: determining, by a base station, a configuration of a time-frequency resource unit from at least two configurations of a time-frequency resource unit of a control channel; and sending, by the base station, indication information to a terminal device, where the indication information is used to indicate the configuration of the time-frequency resource unit, and the at least two configurations of a time-frequency resource unit include a first configuration and a second configuration. In the embodiments of this application, the base station can flexibly configure the time-frequency resource unit of the control channel. In addition, flexibly configuring a time-frequency resource unit can reduce a probability that time-frequency resource units of different structures are blocked, thereby reducing complexity of detecting the control channel by the terminal device.

Abstract: A system information sending method and an apparatus. The method includes receiving, by a base station, at least one first uplink trigger signal in a first time-frequency resource group in a first radio frame, determining, based on a time-frequency resource of the at least one first uplink trigger signal, a time-frequency resource used for sending first system information, where a start location of the time-frequency resource of the first system information in time domain has a first time offset relative to a frame header location of a radio frame in which the first system information is located, and sending the first system information on the time-frequency resource of the first system information.

Abstract: A communication method and apparatus are provided. The method includes: An access network device sends first information to a terminal device, where the first information indicates a layer quantity of a PUSCH, and the layer quantity of the PUSCH is not less than 2; the terminal device determines a first MCS table based on the layer quantity of the PUSCH; and then the terminal device sends the PUSCH to the access network device based on the first MCS table. The access network device demodulates the PUSCH based on the first MCS table.

Abstract: This application relates to the field of wireless communications, and in particular, to a communication method, an apparatus, and a system in a wireless communications system. In the method, a network device and a terminal device determine M resource element group bundles in a control resource set. The network device sends a control channel on resources corresponding to the M resource element group bundles. The terminal device detects the control channel on the resources corresponding to the M resource element group bundles, where M is greater than or equal to 1. The control resource set includes B resource element group resource element group bundles. By using the method, resource configuration efficiency in a communications system is improved.
