Abstract: This application provides a wireless communication method, a terminal device, and a network device. The wireless communication method includes: A terminal device selects, based on a first parameter, a value set from a first value set and a second value set that are of slot offsets and that are configured by a network device, wherein all slot offsets in the first value set are greater than a first threshold, and at least one slot offset in the second value set is equal to the first threshold; and receive DCI, wherein a slot offset carried in the DCI belongs to the selected value set, and the slot offset is used to indicate an offset in a quantity of slots of a PDSCH scheduled by the DCI relative to the DCI. According to the technical solutions in this application, the different value sets correspond to different data channel scheduling mechanisms.

Abstract: Example resource allocation methods and apparatus are described to resolve a problem of resource congestion and collision occurring in a communications system when virtual resource blocks (VRBs) scheduled for different terminal devices are mapped to physical resource blocks (PRBs). In one example method, system bandwidth of the communications system is divided into a plurality of fixed interleaving regions. Therefore, a network device can indicate a type of a virtual resource unit in a form of a frequency domain range occupied by one interleaving region. Using the foregoing solution can enable the network device to set the type of the virtual resource unit more conveniently.

Abstract: Disclosed are methods and systems for determining, by a terminal device, downlink control information that includes a first information field and a second information field. The first information field is used to indicate whether to switch an active bandwidth part of a terminal device. When the first information field indicates to switch the active bandwidth part of the terminal device, the second information field is used to indicate one or more active bandwidth parts and frequency domain resource location of a data channel in the active bandwidth parts to switch; or when the first information field indicates not to switch the active bandwidth part of the terminal device, the second information field is used to indicate a frequency domain resource location of a data channel in a currently accessed active bandwidth part. A working bandwidth part of the terminal device can be indicated, and resource utilisation is improved.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the field of communications technologies, and provide an information transmission method and apparatus, to flexibly set a quantity of subframes in subframe aggregation and a redundancy version based on a channel condition. The method includes: sending, by a first device, downlink control information to a second device, where the downlink control information includes subframe aggregation information, and the subframe aggregation information is used by the first device to indicate, to the second device, a quantity of subframes used in subframe aggregation and/or a redundancy version corresponding to at least one of subframes used in subframe aggregation; and receiving, by the first device, uplink information sent by the second device according to the downlink control information. The embodiments of the present disclosure are used for subframe aggregation.

Abstract: A data transceiving method includes: receiving a first reference signal transmitted on a subcarrier in a target physical resource block, and performing, according to a first mapping rule, corresponding processing on the first reference signal received from the subcarrier in the target physical resource block, where the first mapping rule defines at least mapping of the first reference signal to 10 specified subcarriers in a physical resource block, none of the 10 specified subcarriers are in a DC subcarrier candidate set, and the first reference signal includes a PCRS. In the embodiments of this application, only the 10 specified subcarriers in the physical resource block that are not used as DC subcarriers are selected to transmit the first reference signal, and no additional DC subcarrier is set. In this way, a quantity of downlink subcarriers in a system does not change dynamically.
