    Abstract: An uplink control information transmission method and an apparatus. The method includes determining, by a terminal device, according hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgment (HARQ-ACK) information and a mapping relationship, a channel resource corresponding to the HARQ-ACK information, where a channel resource corresponding to an acknowledgement (ACK) and a channel resource corresponding to {ACK, negative acknowledgement (NACK)} in the mapping relationship are the same, generating, by the terminal device, an uplink signal based on the channel resource corresponding to the HARQ-ACK information, and sending, by the terminal device, the uplink signal.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a data transmission method, a network device, and a terminal device. A network device configures N groups of scheduling information based on a requirement of a terminal device group, configures at least one piece of downlink data based on M groups of scheduling information in the N groups of scheduling information, and sends first downlink data to a first terminal device in a first transmission time unit. Correspondingly, the first terminal device determines the N groups of scheduling information, and detects the first downlink data in the first transmission time unit based on the N groups of scheduling information. In the process, the first downlink data can be successfully transmitted through a plurality of transmissions and one successful detection, thereby implementing highly reliable data transmission. In addition, not only low reliability of PDCCH dynamic scheduling is avoided without introducing a large quantity of control overheads, but also link adaptation can be obtained.

    Abstract: A DCI sending method and an apparatus are provided. A base station determines a first channel resource, where the first channel resource is located in the ith time unit of a subframe in a time domain, the subframe includes NT time units, NT is an integer greater than or equal to 2, and i is a positive integer less than or equal to NT; and the base station sends DCI to a terminal device on the first channel resource. In this solution, the first channel resource that carries the DCI is located in the ith time unit of the subframe in the time domain, where i is a positive integer less than or equal to NT. That is, there is a first channel resource in each time unit of the subframe. Therefore, when data needs to be transmitted in any time unit, the data can be transmitted immediately.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide an information tranmission method, a communications apparatus, and a storage medium. A network device configures, for a terminal device by using higher layer signaling, a frequency domain resource size set that includes some frequency domain resource sizes supported by system bandwidth, so that the network device may allocate, to the terminal device, a frequency domain resource corresponding to a frequency domain resource size in the frequency domain resource size set. An RIV corresponding to the frequency domain resource is used to indicate the frequency domain resource. A quantity of bits occupied by the RIV is positively correlated with a quantity of schemes for the frequency domain resource that can be allocated by the network device to the terminal device.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an uplink information demodulation method, an apparatus, and an uplink information demodulation system. and relate to the field of communications technologies. After an MCS index is selected for a terminal device, reduction processing is performed on the MCS index according to a preset MCS index reduction exponent, a reduced MCS index is indicated to the terminal device, frequency offset estimation is performed on the terminal device by using a recorded historical frequency offset value, and a PUSCH sent by the terminal device according to the reduced MCS index is demodulated after the frequency offset estimation. A frequency offset value is determined by using the prerecorded historical frequency offset value, so that the frequency offset value does not need to be determined in an existing manner of adding a DM-RS symbol to a 0.5-millisecond TTI.
