    摘要: A direct current motor includes: a stator (2) on which a plurality of coils (4) is provided; a rotor (8) including a plurality of permanent magnet magnetic poles (9) that is provided so as to face an inner periphery of the stator, and a pipe (11) on one end; a current-carrying portion (19) that is provided on the other end of the rotor (8) and commutates current supplied from a power source to the coils (4) on the stator (2); a sleeve bearing (6) that holds the rotor (8); and a ball bearing (7) that holds the rotor (8) and has a larger load-bearing capacity than that of the sleeve bearing (6). Furthermore, the pipe (11) holds the ball bearing (7) and is in direct contact with the ball bearing (7).

    摘要: In a DC-motor according to the present invention, contact areas of first brushes can be enlarged without enlarging the external diameter of a disk on which a commutator is provided; therefore, the wear resistance of the first brushes can be enhanced while maintaining a good control-response; and at the same time, the axial dimension can be shortened dramatically, so that the DC-motor can be downsized. The first brushes 14 are radially in contact with the commutator 11, and second brushes 15 are axially in contact with slip rings 12 that are formed circumferentially inside the commutator 11.

    摘要: Powder produced by abrasion due to sliding between a brush and a commutator is prevented from moving toward a rotor. A recess is provided between the rotor and a slide face of the brush and the commutator, where powder produced by abrasion at the brush may enter into a motor and increase sliding resistance of the rotor. Thus, there is no such powder produced by abrasion entering into the motor as increasing sliding resistance of the rotor.
