    Abstract: The present invention relates to wireless communications technologies, and in particular, to a terminal, a network device, and a data transmission method in a random access process, so as to resolve a current problem that a transmission delay is relatively long when a terminal transmits a relatively large data packet in a random access process. In the terminal a processing module, is configured to determine that the terminal transmits data of multiple TTIs to a base station in a current random access process; and a transceiver module is configured to send first indication information to the base station, where the first indication information is used to indicate that the terminal transmits the data of the multiple TTIs in the current random access process. In this way, the terminal can transmit data of multiple TTIs in one random access process.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method, device and system for processing a group message. The method comprises: when a group corresponding to a first group identifier has an updated group message, receiving a message corresponding to the first group identifier sent from a public data network (PDN); sending the message corresponding to the first group identifier to a core network node, so that the core network node sends the message to a radio network controller (RNC), which acquires, according to the first group identifier, indication bit and time information for sending the message; and sending the first group identifier, the indication bit, the time information and the message to a base station.     Abstract: Embodiments provide a discontinuous transmission method, user equipment, and a network side device. The method includes receiving, by a UE, discontinuous transmission DTX configuration information sent from a network side. When the UE is in a non-dedicated connected state, the method includes determining, by the UE, a transmission pattern of a dedicated physical control channel DPCCH according to the DTX configuration information, and sending, by the UE according to the transmission pattern, the DPCCH to a serving base station of the UE. In the embodiments, the DPCCH is discontinuously sent in the non-dedicated connected state, so as to reduce the uplink interference and increase a quantity of users, thereby improving the system capacity.
